Learning Lab Catalog Course Descriptions Building a Supportive Work Environment In this learning lab, learners will demonstrate an understanding of how building trust and teamwork drive a cohesive and enjoyable work experience.

Change Management Change management involves preparing, supporting, and helping individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change.

Through this Learning Lab, you will learn about: The seven stages of undergoing change Helping others navigate through change ​ Helping yourself navigate through change​

Dealing with Pressure Dealing with pressure and managing stress involves techniques and strategies to control and reduce stress.

Through this Learning Lab, you will demonstrate an understanding of: Setting boundaries and prioritizing personal well-being Time and work management techniques that reduce pressure and enhance productivity Regular mindfulness practices and the importance of seeking support​

Critical Thinking Critical thinking involves decomposing problems, analyzing your assumptions, and evaluating facts to form a judgment that will lead to the best solution. It is an essential skill that requires practice, and anyone can build on it over time, regardless of job level.

Executive Presence Executive presence refers to the combination of personal traits, behaviors, and communication skills that enable an individual to project confidence, authority, and credibility in a professional setting. It involves aspects such as body language, tone of voice, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire and influence others.

Through this Learning Lab, you will develop an understanding of the characteristics of executive presence.

Presentation Fundamentals

We all experience moments of frustration at work, but it is important to remain calm and professional. In this learning lab, learners will learn how to: Identify emotional triggers and respond calmly Use constructive communication techniques to address challenging behavior Apply empathy and problem-solving skills to resolve workplace conflict

Presentations can be intrinsically a little awkward. There’s less audience response, it’s harder to get a read on how your audience is feeling, and making eye contact is problematic. It’s easy to forget that even when you can’t see everyone, they’re listening and need your attention. All of these can increase a presenter’s anxiety, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Meeting Etiquette Videoconferencing has become the go-to method for running meetings and communicating with coworkers. However, potential etiquette issues could be disrupting your meetings.

Professional maturity is the ability to approach work and interpersonal relationships with a sense of responsibility, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to growth. It reflects how well individuals manage their emotions, handle stress, and collaborate with colleagues in the workplace.

Cultivating professional maturity is crucial for career advancement and building strong workplace relationships.

Strengths Deep Dive Strengths-based management is one of the most proven strategies for improving engagement within teams. This learning lab will equip you, as a leader, to explore the strengths-based approach with your team, identify your team’s key strengths and blind spots, as well as how to apply strengths for optimal team collaboration.

Time Management Effective time management can help you achieve more in less time, reduce stress, and improve productivity.
