Critical Thinking

Critical thinking involves decomposing problems, analyzing your assumptions, and evaluating facts to form a judgment that will lead to the best solution. It is an essential skill that requires practice, and anyone can build on it over time, regardless of job level.

Through this Learning Lab, you will demonstrate an understanding of:

Mental processes that can prevent critical thinking

Five methods for improving critical thinking skills

Applying critical thinking skills to realworld scenarios

Dealing with Pressure

Dealing with pressure and managing stress involves techniques and strategies to control and reduce stress. Common methods include exercise, meditation, time management, deep breathing exercises, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Through this Learning Lab, you will demonstrate an understanding of:

Setting boundaries and prioritizing personal well-being

Time and work management techniques that reduce pressure and enhance productivity

With skyrocketing numbers of employees suddenly working from home, videoconferencing services such as Zoom and Teams have become the go-to method for running meetings and communicating with coworkers But with so many people new to using this software, potential etiquette issues could be disrupting your meetings.
