POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA - HUMAN FACTORS AND NEUROSCIENCE

Successful completion of this course offers a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Factors and Neuroscience (38 credits level 7)

The objective is to know the key human factors relevant to the delivery of healthcare services from a neuroscience perspective in order to avoid common errors in patient care and deliver more effective outcomes.

This course enables participants to:

• Gain and apply knowledge of human factors and their underlying mechanisms

• Avoid common errors in the delivery of patient care/healthcare and services

• Successfully manage professional communication in an effective and positive manner

• Integrate management of the relevant human factors into routine practice
