PUBLIC RECORDS * Division of Public Records OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY * Do you need a HUDSON COUNTY RESIDENT ID CARD? Please see Application Requirements Below 1. Applicant must reside within the County of Hudson.

2. Applicant must appear in person at the Hudson County Clerk’s Office, Division of Public Records located at 257 Cornelison Ave. in Jersey City, NJ. 3. Minor applicant (14-16 years old) must appear with a parent.

4. Applicant must present required documentation.

For required documents please visit www.hudsoncountyclerk.org, click on “ID CARDS” on the top right-hand side, then click on “COUNTY RESIDENT ID CARD.” 5. Render cash or money order payment.

PASSPORTS Division of Passports OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY All applicants must appear in person at the time of application and must bring all U.S. Passport requirements: 1. Proof of U.S. Citizenship 2. Proof of Identity 3. One Passport Photo * 4. Payment (for fee chart, please visit: www.hudsoncountyclerk.org) * PHOTO SERVICES are available at our office for $10.00.

For those with infants needing a passport photo, please provide your own car-seat.

NOTICES Effective as of Monday, December 27, 2021, the fee for a passport BOOK has increased by $20.00. There is no increase in the fee for a passport card or expedited service.

Effective as of Monday, January 10, 2022, the optional fee for a 1-2 Day Delivery Service (overnight return delivery from NPC) will increase from $17.56 to $18.32.
