"Bay Alley" refers to an outdoor courtyard and lane-way space designed to be a versatile area suitable for informal gatherings, barbecues, social events, or as an extension of indoor functions. It was created to support young people in connecting with other young adults. In many communities, there are few dedicated spaces for young adults to gather, build new connections, create friendships, or simply have a say in the entertainment options available to them. Bay Alley is intended for all young adults, whether they are working, studying, or playing
Group Size:
The space can accommodate around 40-50 people, making it ideal for intimate events and community activities.
Materials Needed:
Depending on the type of event you are holding you may require an alcohol license/permit, venue hire, refreshments, decorations, DJ or other options for playing music, alternative lighting, games and prizes.
Cost:
Venue hire, entertainment, food and drinks, alcohol (optional), prizes and give aways, marketing and promotion, licensing and permits, insurance, staff and security.

How to Deliver:
Planning
Establish the goal of the event and choose a date that doesn't conflict with other major events in the area. Allocate funds for entry fee (optional), entertainment, food, drinks, prizes, and other logistical needs

Bay Alley is a versatile outdoor or indoor-outdoor venue that can comfortably accommodate up to 50 attendees. Set up areas for food and drinks, a stage and dance floor and a space for games.
