Thanks to all of you that were able to attend the meeting on Tuesday 1 November at the Salvation Army, Romford. The meeting gave an update on progress and, as always, provided an opportunity to raise any questions or concerns to the joint venture team from Havering Council and Wates Residential. CCTV 'dummy' cameras facing the road
Sean Cushing explained that they cannot face the road but will organise an assessment to check them
Paul Dwyer also looking at asking ward councillors and the Police to attend the next meeting
Reports of homeless people sleeping by the church
Paul Dwyer has informed the homeless team and asked for the estate to be included in the next count of rough sleepers.
Paul Dwyer also spoke to the security team and asked for this to be added to their daily checks
Complaints of fly tipping near ivy hoarding
Sean to check this and the sensors on the site
