For newly hired, regular full-time employees, we ensure swift access to health benefits, effective the first of the month following their date of hire. WAGES/SALARY

We believe in recognizing and rewarding the talent and dedication of our employees. Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the level of education and skills everyone brings to their role, ensuring that our team members are fairly compensated for their contributions.

We understand the importance of incentivizing exceptional performance, which is why our employee incentives are tied to work performance metrics. Additionally, we strive to provide financial stability by disbursing pay semi-monthly, on the 5th and 20th of each month. At Hartwood, we're committed to fostering a work environment where our employees feel valued and motivated to excel.

RETIREMENT

At Hartwood, we prioritize the financial well-being and future security of our employees. Through our 401(k) plan, administered by Voya Financial, we offer a diverse range of investment options to suit varying risk appetites and financial goals.

We believe in partnering with our employees to build their wealth over time, which is why we provide a generous 4% company match to employee contributions. Furthermore, we understand the importance of ownership and commitment, which is why employees become fully vested in their 401(k) contributions immediately. We are dedicated to empowering our team members to plan for a prosperous retirement and achieve their long-term financial objectives.

PERSONAL TIME OFF (PTO)

We understand the importance of work-life balance and recognize the value of time away from the office. That’s why we offer our full-time employees a generous PTO (Paid Time Off) policy designed to provide flexibility and support their well-being. Upon joining our team, employees receive 120 hours (equivalent to 15 days) of PTO annually, which encompasses both vacation and sick leave. As a testament to our commitment to longterm employee satisfaction, we also provide increased PTO accrual rates based on tenure.

After six years of dedicated service, employees enjoy the benefit of accruing 160 hours (equivalent to 20 days) of PTO per year. We believe in empowering our employees to take the time they need to recharge, rejuvenate, and tend to their personal health and well-being.

PAID HOLIDAYS

We believe in honoring traditions and celebrating important moments together as a team. As part of our commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, all full-time employees enjoy the benefit of 11 paid holidays throughout the year.

These holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. At Hartwood, we’re dedicated to ensuring that our employees have ample opportunities to relax, recharge, and enjoy these special moments throughout the year.

That’s why we offer comprehensive medical coverage through United Healthcare, providing employees with two distinct plans to choose from: the Choice Plus PPO and the Choice Plus Health Savings plan. Our commitment to employee health extends beyond just coverage; we contribute significantly to the premiums, covering 90% across all tiers.

Additionally, for those enrolled in the Health Savings plan, we provide an extra $200 contribution each month, empowering employees to proactively manage their healthcare expenses. Recognizing the importance of holistic care, we also offer vision and dental plans through VSP Vision Care and Aetna Dental, ensuring that our employees have access to essential services for their overall well-being. LIFE INSURANCE

That’s why we’re proud to offer a valuable life insurance benefit through MetLife at absolutely no cost to our employees. With coverage of $50,000, this benefit serves as a safety net, providing financial protection in the event of an unexpected tragedy.

DISABILITY INSURANCE

We prioritize the well-being and financial security of our employees, especially during unforeseen circumstances. That’s why we’re proud to offer comprehensive disability coverage through MetLife, covering both short-term disability (STD) and longterm disability (LTD) plans.
