We believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication, which is why we provide a competitive compensation structure and bonus plan, coupled with an attractive benefits package that includes a company 401(k) match.
For newly hired, regular full-time employees, we ensure swift access to health benefits, effective from the first of the month following their date of hire.

PERSONAL TIME OFF (PTO)
We understand the importance of work-life balance and recognize the value of time away from the office. That’s why we empower our employees to take the time they need to recharge, rejuvenate, and then to their personal health and well-being
• Flexible schedule in most cases
• 120 hours (equivalent to 15 days/year) of Paid Time Off (PTO) policy encompassing both vacation and sick leave.
• Increased PTO accrual rates based on tenure.
• Earn 160 hours (equivalent to 20 days/year) after 5 years of dedicated service
• Earn additional PTO as part of employee bonuses
• Option to earn additional PTO instead of receiving pay increase
PAID HOLIDAYS

HEALTH INSURANCE
At Hartwood, we prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families. That is why we offer comprehensive medical coverage providing benefits at every stage of their lives. Plans are offered through United Healthcare, providing employees with two distinct plans to choose from: the Choice Plus PPO and the Choice Plus Health Savings plan.
• We cover 90% of employee premiums across all tiers.
• We provide an extra $200 contribution each month for those enrolled in the Health Savings Plan.
• Vision plans are offered through Vision Service Plan.

LIFE INSURANCE
