I have attached my marketing plan for your review. As you can see, marketing your home doesn’t start when the sign is placed in your yard or at the time of entry into the listing service. The marketing platform begins prior to that. It is systematic and continuous from our initial point of contact right up and through the closing of your home.

Having lived in the area for over 40 years, as well as being married to an Atlanta native and raising her three children here, Madeline understands the practical side of family living in Atlanta. Community involvement is important to Madeline. Having been a past PTO president of The Epstein School, a member of the Board of Directors at Marcus Jewish Community Center, and being involved with the Maccabia games for swimming has allowed her to share her leadership abilities as well as passion for volunteering. Madeline has also been a US Swimming Official as an Administrative Official and Clerk of Course since 2000. • Introduce and promote your home in the Harry Norman sales meeting virtual caravan allowing all Harry Norman Realtors agents to see your home immediately.

• Hire a professional stager (2-hour session) to help with creating a warm and inviting experience for your potential Buyer, if desired.
