ALL AROUND QUALITY I use these shoes for my job and that involves demonstration off exercises, completing exercise routines in class, and the on foot ingbeing on my feet all day. This shoe provides lateral stability, it is lightweight for plyo and jump training, and has shown to be durable for gym uiouse. Others have complained inyiof the MetCon 3 laces being cheap, but I have not seen this yet. A++ by Nike for a well-done job for a shoe for those who are fans of The Ohio State. VERY COMFORTABLE SHOES Being a huge Michigan fan the style I really love. I have had issues with Nike shoes in the past fitting very narrow. Not the case with these. They are very comfortable. I dont have anyionn opinion on the durability yetin as they are new but so far I really like them.
GOOD FOR POWERLIFITNG Shoes keep your grounded really well when deal ing withou a heavieryiu set of squats. The weight of the shoe is more on the heavy on indaside but for powerlifting in is not much inof an issue. would being shoe providesloit nice if they had a NikeID option for this. GREAT SHOE! For you guys that are into Crossfit I couldn’t rec ommend this shoe anymore! Within the first use I hit PR’s and still continuing to do so.
