In 1991 Robert McCormack opened his first real estate office with less than a dozen sales consultants. Robert’s vision was to create a real estate business with a difference, one that took time to build lasting relationships with clients and take forward thinking and innovation to a new level in the Christchurch market.

Robert knew he needed to surround himself with like-minded people – the cream of the crop – because in real estate it’s people who make the difference. Now in his 41ˢᵗ year in the business and having never changed companies, his theory is when you are the best, why would you.

Andy Freeman stepped out of his life as an electrician and into a suit and polished shoes as a sales consultant for Harcourts Grenadier in 1993. He took a unique approach to real estate and combined with Robert’s unwavering passion for the business, the formidable duo joined in 2014 forces to lead Harcourts Grenadier into the future.
