After spending the past four years honing the craft of auctioneering, Ned’s skill and passion are rewarding his owners with exceptional results. His ability to ‘read the room’ and make buyers feel comfortable during negotiations are among his strengths.

Ned sees it as a real privilege to help people in the sale of what is often their largest financial asset and is driven to get the very best result for all his owners. He also appreciates the opportunity to give back to the community, volunteering his services to numerous charity auctions to help raise money for good causes.

2018 - Runner up REINZ New Zealand Real Estate Novice Auctioneering Competition

Ben joined the real estate industry in 2015 and auctioneering quickly captured his attention. After competing in the 2018 Real Estate Institute of New Zealand's national auctioneering competition, he secured the runner-up position in the novice division. Since then, he has continued to hone his skills and perfect the art of negotiation in a high-pressure situation. Ben's passion for the craft is apparent through the energy and diction that he brings to the auction room, all the while achieving outstanding results for his owners at the business end of the transaction.

His decision to join Grenadier stemmed from the desire to work alongside the high calibre of auctioneers in the team.
