FINGER FOODS Toddlers are on the go from sun up to sundown. To help them make it through, they need one to three healthy snacks in addition to their meals. Offer your toddler her snacks at around the same time each day, at the table whenever possible. Think of snack time as a prime opportunity for getting in some of the vitamins and minerals that your tot needs.
