In order to connect the new residential area and park of Thurn and Taxis to its surroundings a new road is layed out right next to the renovated TIR building C, EXTR A. This road will ser ve soft mobility. To make space for the new passage a part of the viaduct will be broken down. At the intersection of the old and the new road the access for EXTR A will be placed. This forms the main inter vention to make the building publicly accessible EXTR A has three public squares: one on groundlevel, one on the viaduct and one enclosed inside the building. EXTR A is located near the canal, the thurn and taxis site and other new places such as greenbizz and be.here Its surroundings make it a future hotspot near the city centre.
