Hanbury offers three robust Cigna medical plans so you can find the right one for you and your family.
All three of Hanbury’s Cigna Health Plans include 100% coverage for preventive care, such as wellness screenings, check-ups, and patient counseling.
Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA) Not only does this option feature traditionally lower premiums than traditional health plans, but a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) allows you to contribute tax-free dollars to a health savings account, which can be used for various medical expenses.

This plan offers an HSA account and competitive discounts for coverage for providers outside the Cigna network.
LIFE – MUTUAL OF OMAHA
Hanbury provides various life insurance options to secure your future and protect the people who matter most to you.
As an active employee of Hanbury, you would have access to numerous disability income insurance policies from United of Omaha Life Insurance Company. Basic Life insurance provides a death benefit, while the Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policy pays out if the insured dies or is seriously injured due to an accident.
A short-term disability income insurance policy can help provide security when you need it, plus give you peace of mind so you can recover faster and get back on the job sooner. This type of coverage provides income replacement for a limited time if you are unable to work due to a non-work-related illness, injury, or pregnancy.

This plan offers flexibility in choosing healthcare providers, allowing access to both in-network and out-of-network options without requiring a primary care physician or referrals for specialist visits.
DENTAL
Principal's Dental PPO provides access to one of the largest dental networks in the country, while also offering out-of-network services. This plan includes 100% coverage for routine dental checkups, such as cleanings and examinations.
VISION – PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL
Principal’s Vision Plan, offered by Hanbury, utilizes VSP’s established network of providers to offer low-cost yearly services and discounts on a variety of eyewear materials.
HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA) - HEALTHEQUITY
When you enroll in one of our High-Deductible Health Plans, you’ll be able to open up an HSA account, which allows you to contribute tax-free dollars up to the annual limit set by the IRS. These funds can be used to cover various health-related expenses tax-free for yourself and covered dependents.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSAS) - HEALTHEQUITY
Hanbury offers two types of Flexible Spending Accounts: the traditional Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA). Like Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), FSAs allow you to contribute tax-free dollars that can be used for healthcare expenses. Additionally, the DCFSA provides funds that can be used for childcare and care for adult dependents.

401K BENEFITS – PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL
Hanbury allows employees to defer a portion of their salary to a 401k, as well as a matching percentage. Your money can be invested in a variety of mutual funds offered through Principal Financial in either a Traditional pre-tax or Roth post-tax option.
