Everything is bigger in Texas and noting is truer than the heart of Real Housewives of Dallas star, LeeAnne Locken. A reality star, model, actress, philanthropist, and animal lover, LeeAnne gives her all in everything she does. We caught up with her and chatted away to learn all that she’s up to.

Q: How’s life after the Real Housewives of Dallas?

A: Life is good. I have more time for myself and more time to do the things that I want to do. I’m currently learning archery and how to DJ.

Q: Who do you still speak with from RHOD?

A: I speak with Cary Deuber, Kameron Westcott, Tiffany Moon, and Kary Brittingham.

Q: What do you miss about being on the show?

A: I miss the fans, getting to create something fun, the parties, the gorgeous outfits, and the confessionals.

Q: What are 3 things you liked about being on the show?

A: Connecting with the audience, being creative, and the check.

Q: Now that Summer is fast approaching, what is your go-to summer style?

A: My favorite outfit is a skirt with tennis shoes and a T-shirt.

Q: What’s your favorite summer food to eat?

A: Burrata salad with pine nuts and balsamic vinegar along with a piece of salmon. I like to keep it light and crisp in the summer.

Q: As the parties rock and the sun shines, what do you throw back to quench your thirst?

A: Tequila, it’s my happiness.

Q: You have gorgeous hair, what’s your secret to waking up looking fab?

A: Sleep with your hair in a bun. You’ll wake up with a natural lift.

Q: One makeup item in your bag?

A: Mac cosmetics Studio 6 compact. Great to touch up blemishes.

Q: You’re super busy, what do you do to relax?

A: I watch movies, but my guilty pleasure is that I watch Adult Swim at night. It helps me to shut my brain down before bedtime.

Q: Tell us something that people don’t know about you.

A: I was a carny kid, I worked at carnivals since I was a little girl. I know all the tips and tricks on how to win, needless to say, I’m the one you want to take to a carnival. But really, my hidden talent is that I can tie a balloon faster than you can blow one up.

Q: What games can’t you win at a carnival?

A: Generally speaking, you really can’t win games of chance.

Q: Housewives are known for their taglines. What would yours be?

A: All horns, no bull!

Q: You’ve partnered up with two friends of ours, party planners to the stars and owners of Ticket2EventsBrian Kelly and Sean Koski, to produce the online magazine, Eternal Traveler Magazine. How did you meet and how did your online travel magazine come to be?

A: I met them at one of the fabulous parties they planned. We became fast friends who love to travel. We utilized our free time to discover and explore new places. We figured, what a better way to show people the fun and beauty of the world than to publish an online magazine and share our travels..

Q: Of all the places you’ve traveled to, which is your favorite?

A: I love Puerto Rico! It’s fun, colorful, and the food is scrumptious.

Q: Besides Puerto Rico, where should everyone make a point to go on vacation to?

A: Italy and the Maldives.

Q: What advice do you have for our readers?

When we’re not working we, and our fur baby-Ravioli, split our time between our homes in Montauk, NY and Palm Beach, FL where we most recently tied the knot!
