SCOTT SHEERS, ENGINEERS WITHOUT BORDERS by Scott Scheers, Halmar Intern
I am leading a project for my school’s chapter of Engineers Without Borders. I will be taking a team of five students and a Professional Engineer to a village in Nicaragua for a weeklong assessment trip on December 29th to help them gain access to potable drinking water, among other basic needs. We’ve been doing our best trying to gain funding in order to reach our $10,000 goal, as outlined on the donations page. We currently have about 43,000 raised from small donations. Any donation that can be contributed would be very much appreciated to help us achieve this life altering project to provide a basic necessity many of us take for granted... fresh drinking water.
