Open-Minded

Having conversations with a financial planner can open your mind to new opportunities, including tailoring your plans for retirement They can help you to uncover strategies that you might not be aware of which will help you to reach your goals and they can make sure that you are utilising the benefits that are available to you

Whether you are just starting out in your career or nearing retirement, it’s never too late to be thinking about the future Let our Hadlow Edwards team optimise your existing resources, create a plan that adapts to your lifestyle changes, and help you feel more confident and informed about your retirement, regardless of your current stage in life Just like John when he met with Wealth Management Consultant, Mandy Lewis

“Mandy is my adviser and I now class her as a friend She has worked with myself and my Partner for a number of years and has gone out of her way to understand our lifestyle and dreams for the future She has modelled a financial plan bespoke to our situation and doesn't shy away from telling me what I need to hear rather than what I would like to hear For this I am grateful ” John Lewis, Company Director based in Wrexham

Queenie of the Ring

We’re delighted to celebrate our Assistant Paraplanner Team Leader, Chantel Moore’s, success in her equestrian events this year with her five year old Cob horse, Queenie Not only did she achieve two second place ribbons and a third ribbon at the Lloc and District Riding Club Show, she also qualified for the North Wales Showing Finals as well as the North Counties Pony Association Pony of the Year Show

This is fantastic accomplishment to achieve, showcasing Chantel’s passion for the sport Balancing her career alongside her training and competitions is not easy, so we commend Chantel and want to wish her luck in her upcoming qualifying shows

“Having taken Queenie from a very timid pony who arrived on our yard last year to be able to see her out and about a show full of confidence fills me with absolute pride for the journey that we have come on. As this was her first show of the season, and only her second time out, I was apprehensive about how she would behave and succeed; but after she managed to place against some very tough competition, I could not be more proud of her and the bond that we have developed. I cannot wait to attend the affiliated showing finals and for our next season ”

Assistant Paraplanner Team Leader

Remembering Gresford

We were honoured to be the main sponsor of NEW Sinfonia’s opera Gresford: Up from Underground on 21st September which commemorated the 90th anniversary of the Gresford Mining disaster, a tragic event that deeply affected the Wrexham community

The performance was a poignant tribute to the 266 miners who lost their lives on that fateful day in 1934 and served as a reminder of the strength and resilience of their families and the wider community

Attending the opera was a profoundly moving experience. The production masterfully combined music, drama, and history, bringing the miners' stories to life in a way that was both respectful and deeply emotive The powerful performances captured the courage and camaraderie of the mining community, highlighting the impact of the disaster on future generations

As main sponsors, we were proud to support this important cultural event, ensuring that the memories of those who perished are honored and that the legacy of Gresford remains in the public consciousness The opera not only paid homage to those who were lost but also celebrated the enduring spirit of the community that rose from such devastating loss.
