The company has 55 shops in the Czech Republic, six branches in Slovakia, eight shops in Germany and an extensive webshop. K+B has over 1,300 employees and generates sales of around 195 million euros per year.

THE CHALLENGE K+B expert has a complex network of locations and partners in Eastern Europe: 55 specialist shops in the Czech Republic and six in Slovakia. All shops must be supplied every day and all orders placed online must be received quickly by the customer. The challenge: ● Daily delivery of goods to the individual shops ● Coordinating the flow of goods between the branch offices ● Delivering webshop orders to the end customer within 24 hours ● Reliability and speed even in case of special shipments (repaired goods, etc.)
