The spirit of the founders is still alive and widespread among all parts of the company by its core management that is usually selected from within its own ranks: managers and directors have typically spent most of their professional life at the ALPI Group and completed many training sessions before getting their top positions. Growing our management from within may sound “old style” today but it guarantees that our entrepreneurial spirit is shared by all parties involved.
