How To Register for a Class or Buy an Event Ticket

Class registration and ticket purchases may be completed online, by mail, by phone, or by visiting one of GVR’s customer service desks. Early registration is encouraged. Early registration helps prevent cancellations due to low enrollment. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).

Please do not send cash through the US Mail. If the class for which you registered by mail is full, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list and contacted if there is an opening. Attend class only after your registration is confirmed.

ONLINE – FOR GVR MEMBERS AND TENANTS ONLY

Online registration begins Wednesday, April 5 at 8am. Please note: There will be a small processing fee for each transaction.

Visit GVREC.org, hover over the Recreation tab to display the options, then click Registration & Policies located under Classes. Follow the instructions to create or access your account and register for classes or purchase event tickets.

IN-PERSON

In-person registration begins Wednesday, April 5 at 8am at the West Center Box Office at 1111 South GVR Drive. Please bring your completed registration form, payment, and your GVR card. Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted.

MAIL-IN

Members may mail in their registration forms as soon as class catalogs are available; however, mail-in registrations will not be processed until after the initial in-person registrations have been processed. Please fill out the form completely and include payment. Use separate registration forms for each student. Mail your registration and payment (no cash, please) to:

Registrations and ticket purchases will be accepted over the phone beginning Wednesday, April 5 at 8am. Please provide your name, GVR number, and the class number(s). Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards accepted.
