Cardio Pump

This unique barbell class will tone, sculpt, and strengthen your entire body! Low weight loads and high repetition movements burn fat and produce lean body muscle. This class works every major muscle group including legs, chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders, and abs. We will finish with a rewarding stretch to complete your full body workout. SUPPLIES: Please bring a mat, water, hand weights (to be used in addition to the supplied barbell equipment), and wear closed-toe athletic shoes.
