Eva nació en 1984 cerca de Frankfurt, emigró a Suiza con su familia cuando era adolescente. Nacida en el seno de una familia de banqueros, también ella emprendió el camino de un empleado de banca. Sin embargo, ya de niña era una artista de corazón. Ya sea escribiendo cómics, cuentos o pequeñas obras de teatro: El lado creativo siempre la ha acompañado, pero a menudo no tenía cabida en la agitada vida financiera cotidiana. Tras una época difícil, hace unos años, volvió a lo que realmente le gustaba y empezó a pintar activamente con pinturas acrílicas. Tiene su propio estudio no lejos de Zúrich en el que pasa mucho tiempo. Ya sean cosas de la vida cotidiana, la gente, la naturaleza o la música, todo es inspiración...

“Para mí, el arte significa olvidarme de todo lo que me rodea, dejar que las emociones fluyan y perderme en el momento. Me encanta pasar tiempo en mi taller, que es mi pequeño castillo de libertad donde puedo ser yo misma y expresar las emociones actuales en el cuadro. Es el resultado, a menudo imprevisto, de los sentimientos que se han escondido en la vida cotidiana y que, por tanto, encuentran su camino hacia el lienzo. Lo más bonito es ver que a la gente le gusta lo que creo y que le hago sonreír a alguien y le pongo color a sus paredes”.

Eva was born in 1984 near Frankfurt, she emigrated to Switzerland with her family as a teenager. Born into a banking family, she too embarked on the path of a bank clerk. However, even as a child, she was an artist at heart. Whether self-written comics, stories, or small theater plays: The creative side has always accompanied her, but it often had no place in the hectic everyday financial life. After a difficult time a few years ago, she returned to what she really enjoyed and began to actively paint with acrylic paints. She has her own studio not far from Zurich in which she spends a lot of time. Whether things in everyday life, people, nature or music, everything is inspiration ...

‘‘For me, art means forgetting everything around me, letting emotions run wild and losing myself in the moment. I love spending time in my atelier which is my little castle of freedom where I can be just me and express the current emotions onto the painting. It is the often unplanned result of feelings that have hidden themselves in everyday life and thus find their way onto the canvas. The most beautiful thing is to see when people like what I create and to bring a smile on someone’s face and some colour on their walls.’
