Martin Bergeron es un artista abstracto autodidacta nacido en Ottawa (Canadá) en 1988. Descubrió su talento artístico tras dejar una existencia problemática y embarcarse en un viaje que le llevó a superar sus demonios internos. Sus obras relatan este camino difícil pero catártico. Trabaja principalmente con acrílico, esmalte en aerosol y carbón vegetal sobre lienzo o cartón yeso.

“Al sentirme atrapado en una trampa materialista, me embarqué en un viaje para liberarme del vacío que había estado alimentando hasta ese momento. En mi camino hacia la verdadera felicidad, me di cuenta de que el arte tiene el poder de mejorar a las personas y el mundo en el que vivimos. A partir de ese momento, decidí utilizar mis obras de arte para enviar mensajes subliminales al subconsciente de mis espectadores, con la esperanza de inspirarles momentos de epifanía. La pintura es para mí, sobre todo, una forma de ir más allá de los límites impuestos por la vida”.

Martin Bergeron is a self-taught abstract artist born in Ottawa (Canada) in 1988. He discovered his artistic talent after leaving a troubled existence and embarking on a journey that led him to overcome his inner demons. His works recount this difficult but cathartic path. He works mainly with acrylic, aerosol enamel and charcoal on canvas or drywall.

“Feeling stuck in a materialistic trap, I embarked on a journey to free myself from the emptiness that I had been nurturing up to that point. On my path to true happiness, I realized that art has the power to improve people and the world we live in. From that moment on, I decided to use my works of art to send subliminal messages to the subconscious of my viewers, in the hopes of inspiring moments of epiphany in them. Painting is for me above all a way to go beyond the limits imposed by life”.
