Vaida nació el 15 de octubre de 1967, en Lituania. Desde la infancia, romántico, melancólico, ingenuo, creyendo en las cosas más bellas de la vida, se ha mantenido así hasta el día de hoy. Es una artista autodidacta que expresó su visión y sentimientos del mundo a través de las artes visuales. Vaida comenzó a pintar y dibujar en la adolescencia. Hace varios años renovó su actividad creativa y se presentará como creadora de arte naif, pintora de paisajes, paisajes urbanos y naturaleza. Utilizaba diversas técnicas y estilos, sin esfuerzo ni pretensión de seguimiento, para corresponder al arte profesional, pero partiendo de un impulso interno y basado en soluciones técnico-plásticas intuitivas. Ha creado más de 100 pinturas, dibujos y bocetos, cada uno muy individual, que refleja sus sentimientos y su visión, en su mayoría relacionados con el mundo interior, las relaciones, la naturaleza y el lugar del ser humano en él. “Háblale al corazón, deja que el alma sea el conductor, deja que los sueños sean los amigos mostrando los detalles más hermosos e importantes en el camino” (Vaida Kačergienė).

Vaida was born on October 15th of 1967, in Lithuania. From childhood romantic, melancholic, naive, believing in the most beautiful things in life - has remained so to this day. She’s a self-taught artist who expressed her vision and feelings of the world through the visual arts. Vaida started painting and drawing in adolescence. Several years ago she renewed her creative activity and shall be introduced as a creator of naive art, landscape, cityscape, and nature painter. She was using various techniques and styles, with no effort and no claim to follow, to correspond to professional art, but to come from an internal impulse and based on intuitive technical-plastic solutions. She has created more than 100 paintings, drawings, and sketches, each very individual, reflecting her feelings and vision, mostly related to the inner world, relations, nature, and humans’ place in it. “Talk to the heart, let the soul be the driver, let the dreams be the friends showing the most beautiful and important details on the way“ (Vaida Kačergienė.)
