Content, Yet Relentless

Two words that have been on my mind lately are content and relentless. At first glance they seem to contradict each other, but together they describe a way of living that brings both peace and progress.

Contentment is a conscious choice to recognize what we’ve been given and to let gratitude settle in our hearts. It doesn’t mean we stop striving or abandon ambition; it means we learn to rest in the knowledge that our worth isn’t tied to money. Taking time to enjoy quiet moments, to appreciate a sunrise, a good conversation or a child’s laughter reminds us that life is more than a to‑do list and more than our professional achievements.

Being relentless means refusing to become complacent in the areas that matter. In business, it’s about consistent follow‑through, honing your craft, providing for those you

care about and creating opportunities to give back. Relentlessness also applies to relationships. Our loved ones deserve more than whatever time is left over at the end of a busy day. Carving out space in the calendar and being present during those moments requires effort but yields deep connection and mutual growth.

Another, and the most important aspect is being relentless in your pursuit of God because He is pursuing you. I have been a believer my entire adult life, but there is so much I need and want to learn about God, especially in the times we live. God revealed himself through scripture and we should read and absorb it daily if we want to become a better person.

Finally, a relentless commitment to personal development keeps us humble and hungry to learn, pushing us to become a better version of

ourselves than we were yesterday. Reading, listening, reflecting and surrounding ourselves with wise mentors are all small acts that cumulatively transform us.

There is a harmony to be found between gratitude and drive. When we anchor ourselves in what we have and pursue what we aspire to, we not only build stronger businesses and families but also become more generous people. May you find joy in what’s present and courage to chase what’s possible, remembering that contentment and relentlessness are not opposites but partners on the same path.

ELEVATE REALTYWebb

GROWTH MINDSET

As the broker and founder of Elevate Realty, Cassie Webb isn’t just managing transactions—she’s mentoring people, nurturing dreams, and shaping a community where relationships matter as much as results.

Getting Her Start

Cassie’s journey into real estate began long before she ever held a license.

“Back in the late ‘90s, when I was a teenager, my parents bought a house and renovated it,” she recalls. “Just shopping for houses with them, I thought it was the coolest thing.” That early spark of interest lit a fire that would guide her career path. At just 19, she entered the world of property management, and by 2006—shortly after the birth of her second child—she earned her real estate license.

Initially working part time, Cassie made the leap to full time real estate

in 2009. Over the years, she honed her skills, built relationships, and steadily laid the groundwork for something more—her own brokerage. In August of 2023, that dream became a reality with the founding of Elevate Realty, and the company is now proudly approaching its two year anniversary.

Stepping Forward

The transition to broker was, in Cassie’s words, a bit of a push out of the nest. “I had a property management company and to operate that independently, I needed to be my own broker,” she explains. “So that’s what I did—and I’m so glad I did.”

What sets Elevate Realty apart is Cassie’s heartfelt commitment to mentorship. “My favorite part of what I do is watching my agents grow,” she says. “It might sound cliché, but it’s the truth. I started the brokerage because I believe new agents deserve more than just a license and a wish for good

I absolutely want us to grow, but never at the expense of that personal touch. I don’t want to be a 100-agent brokerage where I don’t even know everyone’s name.

luck. I wanted to create a place where they’d have real support— someone walking alongside them.”

Currently, Cassie balances her own production work with mentoring a growing team. She has four active agents and four more preparing to take their licensing exams. “We’re on the brink of doubling,” she says with a smile. “It’s exciting to grow, but I always want to keep our culture close knit—like family.”

Family Foundation

That family-first mindset is more than a professional value—it’s a reflection of her real life. Cassie and her husband Brian are the proud parents of eight children: Ian, Bryce, Levi, Jake, Natalie, Jillian, Stacius, and Theodis. Life is full and lively, to say the least. “If I had free time,” she jokes, “I’d say we love being outdoors, hanging out with friends, kayaking, or by the pool. We’re also

very involved in our church, Church of the King, and volunteer in the community.”

Through it all, Cassie stays grounded in the relationships she builds—both in business and in life. “I genuinely care about people,” she says. “That includes my agents, my family, my clients, even the people on the other side of the transaction. I think people can sense that. That’s how I hope they describe me.”

Cassie also has thoughtful advice for those just entering the real estate world.

“Don’t go it alone,” she says. “It’s easy to feel like a lone wolf in this business, but that’s one of the worst things you can do. Find a mentor, a coach, a colleague—someone who can help you navigate the ups and downs. It’s going to take hard work, but it’s worth it.”

Vision for the Future

As for the future of Elevate Realty, Cassie has a clear vision. “I absolutely want us

to grow,” she says, “but never at the expense of that personal touch. I don’t want to be a 100 agent brokerage where I don’t even know everyone’s name. I want to grow while still knowing our agents, their goals, and even their families. That’s what makes this special.”

With her passion for people, dedication to mentorship, and the strength of a family centered foundation, Cassie Webb is redefining what it means to lead in real estate. Her story is a powerful reminder that in an industry driven by numbers, heart still matters.

And if you ask Cassie what it’s all for, she’ll tell you without hesitation: “It’s about helping others rise. That’s what Elevate is all about.”

From Calling to Confirmation

HEATHER SEYMOUR

EPIQUE REALTY

The Calling of Home

Even as a young girl, Heather Seymour felt an undeniable pull toward the idea of home —a feeling she could not yet explain, but one she also could not ignore.

“Real estate has always been my lifelong dream career,” admitted Heather. “As a child, I loved visiting open houses and exploring different homes. I would often pick up real estate magazines, just to look at houses and dream about my future,” she added.

Born at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, raised in Ocean Springs, and a graduate of St. Martin High School, Heather has always felt a strong sense of connection to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

“I grew up in a little house on Government Street, where I developed a love for my community and its unique charm,” she explained.

With such an innate connection to the Gulf Coast, Heather cherishes the opportunity to serve her local community now.

“I truly believe that everyone is destined to find a job that feels right for them, and for me, real estate is

definitely that calling,” she shared. “It’s a passion that has been with me for as long as I can remember.”

What once felt like a quiet curiosity has revealed itself as the start of something far more meaningful—her true calling.

The Moment of Confirmation “I’ve always had a deep love for real estate, but I never truly understood why,” Heather shared.

That changed one day when her grandmother surprised her with a meaningful gift. “She handed me a magazine that belonged to my great grandfather, Emil Khail—The Escrow Guide from February 1967, which was the premier real estate guide for the Mississippi Gulf Coast at the time,” Heather explained.

“To my amazement, I discovered that my great grandfather was featured as the very first Realtor of the Month,” she recalled.

Heather learned that Emil had been a highly accomplished businessman who opened his own brokerage, Khail Realty, in Gulfport back in 1952. A decade later, he was named Realtor of the Year by the Gulfport Real Estate Board.

“I had no idea he was so successful in real estate,” she said. “Learning that was a true revelation—it gave meaning to what had always felt like an unexplainable calling.” Discovering Emil’s legacy offered Heather not just an answer, but a deep sense of purpose—affirming the path she had been drawn to all along.

For me, it’s about reaching goals that align with my values, maintaining integrity, and continuously learning and improving.”

“My grandma told me, ‘This is where you get it from,’ and those words have been etched into my heart ever since,” she said. “I only wish he were here today to see how I’ve continued the family tradition—helping others find happiness through real estate. It’s a gift I will forever cherish.”

Heather now carries that legacy forward with the same love and dedication that shaped her great grandfather’s success.

“What I find most fulfilling about my work as a real estate agent is the opportunity to help people achieve one of the most important milestones in their lives—finding their dream home or making a successful sale,” Heather shared. “Knowing that I can make the process smooth and enjoyable for my clients, and seeing their happiness and excitement at the end, brings me a deep sense of satisfaction.”

“I love building genuine relationships, guiding my clients through challenges, and being a trusted advisor,” she added. “Ultimately, helping others realize their goals and making a positive impact in their lives is what makes this profession so rewarding for me.”

The Strength of Purpose Purpose has a quiet persistence—it does not shout, but it never fades. No matter how far we stray from it, purpose has a way of calling us back. For Heather, that path included nearly two decades working in the casino industry. Yet, real estate was always waiting.

“I started working in the casino industry at 16—spending nearly 17 years at the IP Casino and then almost two more at the Beau Rivage,” said Heather. “When I first began my real estate career, I was balancing both jobs full time. But as real estate progressed, I eventually retired from the casino to pursue it fully.”

Since beginning her real estate career in 2018, Heather has poured

her heart into helping clients—leading with kindness and honesty, which has resulted in a thriving career.

During her time at eXp Realty, she earned the prestigious ICON Award for high level production. Now with Epique Realty, she has already been honored with the Power Agent Award. Both distinctions are awarded to only the top 1% of agents company wide. Since the start of 2024, Heather has earned over $12.3 million across 51 transactions.

If you ask Heather what makes her successful, though, she would not mention any accolades. “Success is achieving a balance between personal fulfillment and professional growth,” she defined. “For me, it’s about reaching goals that align with my values, maintaining integrity, and continuously learning and improving.”

“It also means making a positive impact on others—whether that be through my work, relationships, or

community—and finding happiness and contentment along the way. Success is living a life where I feel proud of what I’ve accomplished and excited for what’s yet to come,” she added.

One quote Heather has always held close in her career is, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” And she certainly loves what she is doing. She stands out in the industry by approaching her business with the same level of care and respect she would want as a client.

“I take pride in my work and am dedicated to ensuring every detail, including my marketing, is done to perfection,” she shared. “Seeing my clients beyond satisfied and happy is what truly motivates me. I believe that genuine passion and commitment are what make me stand out.”

For all future top producers, she recommends prioritizing building genuine relationships and maintaining integrity in everything you do. “Success in this industry isn’t just about closing deals. It’s about earning your clients’ trust and providing exceptional service that keeps them coming back and referring others,” she shared. “Stay committed to continuous learning: stay updated on market trends, marketing strategies, and technology.”

“Be patient and persistent, because building a strong reputation takes time. Lastly, always remember that your attitude and work ethic set you apart. Staying positive, proactive, and dedicated will help you reach your goals and stand out as a leader in the field,” she added.

Heather focuses on providing personalized service for each client— making the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. “My goal is for people to see me as someone who truly cares and wants to help,” she concluded.

The Joy of Fulfillment

While real estate continues to light Heather’s professional path, she finds true fulfillment in her family, her faith, and her hobbies.

“I’ve been happily married for almost 10 years to my best friend, Kevin. He’s a chief engineer who works offshore, so when he’s away, I dedicate myself to my real estate career. When he returns, we enjoy spending our time together at the drag strip and simply cherishing each other’s company,” she shared. “My husband is my rock and my #1 supporter.”

Be patient and persistent, because building a strong reputation takes time. Lastly, always remember that your attitude and work ethic set you apart. Staying positive, proactive, and dedicated will help you reach your goals and stand out as a leader in the field.”

She also has two dogs whom she adores, Bella Mae, her real estate companion, and Max, her family’s guard dog.

When not working, Heather loves traveling with her family, attending her husband’s drag races, working out, meal prepping, and turning her house into a real life ‘Santa’s home at the North Pole.’

Heather is also an active member of Mosaic Church in Ocean Springs and helps raise donations each year for women’s shelters and Toys for Tots.

“My daughter, Kamryn, is one of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet. She’s 19 years old and a wonderful mother to my precious grandbaby, Westin, who is 9 months old and the light of my life,” Heather said. “My youngest child, Levi, is 13 and a true mama’s boy. He’s incredibly intelligent and has a compassionate heart. He’s responsible beyond his years and makes me so proud.”

Her future sights are set on continued growth, both personally and professionally. “Professionally, I aspire to expand my knowledge and skills in the real estate industry and continue providing excellent service to my clients. Personally, I want my children and grandchildren to look up to me and see the hard work, dedication, and perseverance it takes to achieve success,” Heather stated. “Ultimately, I wish to lead by example and create a bright, fulfilling future for my family.”

Cale Merrill & Russell Taylor

UNITED RISK INSURANCE AGENCY

Covering What Matters Most

United Risk Insurance Agency is rooted in community, trust, and an unexpectedly perfect partnership. Founded by Russell Taylor and Cale Merrill, two professionals from wildly different backgrounds, United Risk is now one of the Gulf Coast’s fastest growing independent insurance agencies.

Their origin story is as unorthodox as it is inspiring. Russell came from the world of real estate and construction, while Cale had a background in banking and formal education in insurance. “We actually didn’t know each other at all,” Russell laughs. “Our accountant introduced us. We met, and we opened an agency. That was seven years ago, and it’s been an amazing ride ever since.”

Two Paths, One Vision Cale Merrill took the long road into insurance. After graduating from Mississippi State University with a degree in risk management and financial planning, he initially worked in banking before finding his way back to insurance. “I bounced around a bit,” Cale shares.

“But once I got into the insurance program, everything clicked. My grades got better, and I knew this was the space for me.”

Russell’s path was more entrepreneurial.

“I was a real estate appraiser and broker. Then I worked in roofing. I was already thinking about transitioning into insurance when the opportunity to partner with Cale came up.”

The partnership has proven to be their greatest asset. “Cale knows policies inside and out—he’s the technician,” Russell says. “I’m the people guy. If someone needs something, they can call me, and if I don’t know the answer, I’ll get it from Cale and call them back. It just works.”

Technology, Transparency, and Teamwork

From the start, United Risk Agency was built with a client first approach. As an independent agency, they aren’t tied to one provider. Instead, they function like a concierge service—shopping multiple carriers to find the best coverage and price for their clients.

“We specialize in property and casualty,” Russell explains. “That means homeowners, auto, and a broad spectrum of business insurance. About 75% of our book is personal lines, the other 25% is commercial.”

What sets them apart, they both agree, is their commitment to transparency. “If someone’s renewal jumps $1,000, we don’t just break the news—we show our homework,” Russell says. “We’ll present other quotes and options. Either we bring the price down or show them that their renewal reflects the market. People appreciate that.”

Technology plays a big role in making that possible. With a team of 10 producers in their main office, a remote agent in Orlando, and two virtual assistants in the Philippines, the agency has streamlined operations to stay proactive with renewals, communication, and client education.

A Team That Feels Like Family In just seven years, United Risk has grown far beyond expectations. “We’re about double where I thought we’d be in terms of policy count, premium volume, and even team size,” Cale shares. “The market has shifted a lot—big firms are being bought out, and people around here still want to work with folks they know. That’s been a huge advantage for us.”

Still, despite the growth, the culture remains personal and local. Russell’s 20 year old son—licensed since he was 18—is now one of the agency’s top producers. Cale’s wife, Nicole, and their two children, Hayes and leave the technical coaching to the pros, but I’m there for every moment.”

Russell, meanwhile, remains the agency’s go to contact, always ready with a warm voice and a solution. “I answer my

people who care. “If you read our Google reviews, they tell the story better than we can,” Cale says. “We get five-star reviews every day from customers who say we took time with them, explained everything, and made sure they understood exactly

Megan

Lessons That Last Before Megan Bryant ever handed over the first set of house keys, she was handing out homework to middle school students — unknowingly laying the groundwork for a different kind of guidance.

Megan’s Mississippi roots took hold early. She moved with her family to Lizana as a kindergartener and eventually settled in Pass Christian by third grade—a place that would shape much of her life and identity. A proud graduate of Pass Christian High School, Megan went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Mississippi State University. With additional endorsements in Reading (K 12), English (7 12), and Social Studies (7 12), she quickly found her stride in the classroom.

She later earned a master’s in curriculum and instruction from the University of Southern Mississippi. “Upon getting my master’s degree, I spent the next nine years teaching English/Language Arts at Pass Christian Middle School, during which time my husband, Reed, and I welcomed our first son, Rowan,” Megan shared.

After the birth of her second son, Eli, Megan felt led to move from the in person classroom to the virtual one and began teaching online through Catalyst Learning.

eAgent Gulf Coast

From Chalkboards to Closing Tables

Bryant

Amid the rhythm of classroom routines and moments with family, Megan began studying for the real estate exam, following a longtime love that subtly started in childhood. “My parents always had a project going on with our home, so as a kid, I was always going to Lowe’s and watching HGTV,” Megan recalled. “I can remember watching House Hunters and Love It or List It and thinking it would be so cool to help people find their dream home, so real estate has always been in the background in a way,” she added.

Real estate eventually moved to the forefront for both Megan and her husband, though. “After getting married, my husband and I attended a few of the REIA meetings because we were interested in purchasing rentals and the possibility of flipping properties,” Megan explained. “We figured after having our second son and me teaching remotely, it would be the best time for me to obtain my real estate license,” added Megan.

Chapters of Change

Once Megan became a licensed agent, she began

interviewing with several local brokerages—eventually joining the eAgent family.

“I chose to work with eAgent because I knew some of the agents from the REIA meetings,” explained Megan. “I also knew eAgent was open to helping clients buy or sell with other creative financing options, which I wanted to do to help those clients who couldn’t go the traditional route.”

“The culture also seemed very inviting and supportive, which was great for someone like me who

was new and liked to ask questions,” she shared.

Since Megan’s career transition in the fall of 2022, she has discovered that many of the tools she relied on in the classroom—organization, communication, and documentation—are just as valuable in the world of real estate.

“I think my background with teaching has definitely helped me in this business,” Megan stated. “Listening to what clients want or need is crucial. Also, keeping up with paperwork and timelines is very important—something I feel like I am good at.”

Megan’s shift from structured academia to self directed entrepreneurship has been a natural one, allowing her to continue helping others succeed while building success of her own.

Grounded in Growth

Throughout both of her careers, Megan has exemplified gratitude, humility, a heart for helping others succeed, and a continuous commitment to growth. With these values as her guide, she has turned early momentum in real estate into meaningful results.

Megan was honored with the Evolution Award within the eAgent franchise—a testament to her steady growth, adaptability, and leadership. In line with that honor, she closed $1.5 million in sales volume across eight transactions in 2024 and has already surpassed $3 million in 2025.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH MOTIVATED AND POSITIVE PEOPLE. ATTITUDE REALLY IS EVERYTHING, AND YOUR CIRCLE IS SO IMPORTANT AND CAN REALLY SHAPE YOUR SUCCESS.”

For Megan, though, success is not about the numbers

but about finding peace in the present and excitement for the future. “Success, to me, is feeling at peace with where I am while still being excited about where I’m going,” she explained.

Megan’s favorite part of being a real estate agent is truly listening to her clients.

“Listening to what they really want and need, then finding exactly that for them is so rewarding,” she shared. She also finds joy in building lasting relationships

that often extend well beyond closing day.

One of Megan’s top priorities when working with clients is helping to ease their stress. “Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, so the fact that people trust me to guide them through it means a lot.

It’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly,” she shared.

In a meaningful full circle moment, Megan has had the privilege of assisting several

of her former students with their real estate needs—a true testament to the trust she has built over the years. “I’ve actually helped three former students with real estate needs—two as buyers and one with a rental property,” Megan stated. “It’s been really meaningful to see how my teaching background continues to support me in my real estate career.”

To any future realtors, Megan offers the following advice: “Don’t be afraid to ask questions. It’s okay to not know the answer, but it’s not okay to not do anything about it. Find people who are okay with helping you when needed and, in turn, help others when you have the chance—it’s a great opportunity for reflection and growth. Also, most importantly, don’t get too comfortable—always make time to learn and keep moving forward.”

Built on Blessings

Megan’s growth in real estate is matched by the countless blessings she finds in everyday life—from meaningful moments with clients to the pure joy of life at home.

She has learned to prioritize relationships above all.

“Surround yourself with motivated and positive people. Attitude really is everything, and your circle is so important and can really shape your success,” she shared.

The connections she has built along the way are something she never takes for granted. “I’m grateful for the opportunities that my broker, fellow agents, and clients have provided

me with,” Megan said. “I’m especially appreciative of Bradley Keesee and the eAgent tribe for always being so helpful—Cheryl, Hattie, Courtney, Pat, Angel, Jamie, Carola, Justin, Darlene, and so many more!”

She continued, “I also want to thank my husband for supporting me in this career change and cheering me on every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful for my parents and my mother in law, too, for always stepping in to help with the kids whenever my husband can’t. Their support means everything to me!”

Outside of the office, Megan loves spending time with her greatest blessings—her family. “We love spending time outdoors: going to the beach, Bear Point Creek, and feeding the turtles at USM,” she stated. “We also try to travel as often as possible. Our current goal is to travel with our sons to visit every state!”

She also enjoys exercising and is currently training for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Half Marathon in December, after completing her first one in April alongside her husband.

Looking ahead, Megan plans to keep living a life of purpose. She said, “As long as I’m with my family and helping people to the best of my ability, I’ll be happy!”

From chalkboards to closing tables, Megan is proving that blessings grow wherever you nurture them.

FAQ

Welcome to Real Producers! Some of you may be wondering what this publication is all about, which is why we have created this FAQ page. Here, we will answer the most commonly asked questions from around the country regarding our program. My door is always open to discuss anything regarding this community — this publication is 100% designed to be your voice!

Q: Who Receives This Magazine?

A: The top 300 agents in the Gulf Coast Area. We pulled the MLS numbers (by volume) from Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022, in the MS Gulf Coast market. We cut the list off at number 300, and the distribution was born. For this year’s list, the minimum production level for our group is $5 million in 2022. The list will reset at the end of 2023 for next year and will continue to update annually.

Q: What Is The Process For Being Featured In This Magazine?

A: The process is simple. Every feature you see has first been nominated. You can nominate REALTORS®, agents, affiliates, brokers, owners, or even yourself. Office leaders can also nominate real estate agents. We will consider anyone you bring to our attention because we don’t know everyone’s story, and we need your help to learn more.

A nomination currently looks like this: Email us at robert. orso@realproducersmag.com with the subject line “Nomination: (Name of Nominee)” and explain why you are nominating the individual. Maybe the person has an amazing story that we need to tell, or perhaps someone overcame extreme obstacles, is an exceptional leader, has the best customer service, or gives back to the community in a big way. The next step is an interview with us to ensure a good fit, and then we put the wheels in motion for our writer to conduct an interview and for our photographer to schedule a photo shoot.

Q: What Is The Cost To Feature A Realtor®, Agent, Or Team?

A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. The feature costs nothing, my friends, so nominate away! We are not a pay to play model. We share real stories of Real Producers.

Q: Who Are The Preferred Partners?

A: Anyone listed as a preferred partner in the front of the magazine is a part of this community and will have an ad in every issue of the magazine, attend our quarterly events, and be a part of our online community. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. One or many of you have recommended every preferred partner you see in this publication. We won’t even meet with a business that you have not vetted and stamped for approval, in a sense. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network for the REALTORS® and agents in the area and for the best affiliates so we can grow stronger together.

Q: How Can I Recommend A Preferred Partner?

A: If you have a recommendation for a local business that works with top real estate agents, please let us know. Send an email to robert.orso@realproducersmag.com.
