You can track your vehicle anytime, anywhere. Use the Guardsman Metaverse app to easily track your vehicle right from your phone.

Get help in an emergency. Press your panic button to get help no matter where you are in Jamaica.

Immobilize your vehicle if it’s stolen.

Vehicle stolen? Use the Guardsman Metaverse app to stop your vehicle from going any further.

Set a geofence to prevent theft.

Don’t want your vehicle to leave your home? Or your community? Or the parish? You decide by setting your geofence using the Guardsman Metaverse app.

LET’S GET YOU STARTED

Using your SmartTrackr is easy through the Guardsman Metaverse app. Just follow these easy steps.

STEP 1

Download the Guardsman Metaverse app on the Apple or Google Play store.

STEP 2

Check your email for your username and password. Don’t forget to change your password for security.

The email with your credentials should be received within 24 hours of your installation. If you haven’t received it, please email: customerservice@guardsmangroup.com

STEP 3

Place your Guardsman Metaverse warning sticker on your car to ward off potential criminals (back windshield or windows are the best locations).

If you didn’t receive a sticker, we’ll deliver it to you. Simply request it via:

How do I use my panic button?

Press and Hold your panic button for 3-5 Seconds and you will be contacted by our Central Monitoring Station (CMS). We recommend testing your panic button. To do a test, please call our CMS and we’ll do the test with you (CMS numbers are at the back page of this booklet).

What if my vehicle is stolen?

Shut down the vehicle using the Guardsman Metaverse app. Contact the police to report the vehicle stolen. Please call us if you’re interested in recovery services.

My vehicle shut down but I didn’t immobilize it

(a) Go to the Guardsman Metaverse app and check to see if your car is immobilized. If it is, tthen Re-Enable the engine to mobilize your car.

(b) If you checked the Guardsman Metaverse app and the immobilize feature is not enabled then try turning on the ignition, if the icons on your dashboard light up but your car won’t start then you may be having a mechanical problem.

(c) If all icons on the dashboard don’t light up and you can’t start the ignition then please call the emergency numbers on the back.

If I signed up for the Self-Monitoring package, will I have 24-hour monitoring & armed response services?

No, only clients who signed up for the Monitoring package will have 24-Hour monitoring & armed response services. However, it’s easy to upgrade your package when you contact customerservice@guardsmangroup.com.
