How do I use my panic button?

Press and Hold your panic button for 3-5 Seconds and you will be contacted by our Central Monitoring Station (CMS). We recommend testing your panic button. To do a test, please call our CMS and we’ll do the test with you (CMS numbers are at the back page of this booklet).

What if my vehicle is stolen?

Shut down the vehicle using the Guardsman Metaverse app. Contact the police to report the vehicle stolen. Please call us if you’re interested in recovery services.

My vehicle shut down but I didn’t immobilize it

(a) Go to the Guardsman Metaverse app and check to see if your car is immobilized. If it is, tthen Re-Enable the engine to mobilize your car.

(b) If you checked the Guardsman Metaverse app and the immobilize feature is not enabled then try turning on the ignition, if the icons on your dashboard light up but your car won’t start then you may be having a mechanical problem.

(c) If all icons on the dashboard don’t light up and you can’t start the ignition then please call the emergency numbers on the back.

If I signed up for the Self-Monitoring package, will I have 24-hour monitoring & armed response services?

No, only clients who signed up for the Monitoring package will have 24-Hour monitoring & armed response services. However, it’s easy to upgrade your package when you contact customerservice@guardsmangroup.com.
