Guam Behavioral Health & Wellness Center Fair

The Guam Behavioral Health & Wellness Center hosted a health fair at Micronesia Mall. We were invited to set up a booth and talk to the community about the services and programs we have to offer to the island for free. Participants who completedour CancerScreening Questionnairereceived a free wristband.

Tobacco & Vape Presentations

May 8 &9, 2023

Wettengel Elementary School invited our Education Outreach Program Manager, Jessica Rosales, to present to students on the harmful effects of using tobacco and vape. Teaching kids at a young age on the importance of preventative care will help them make healthier choices as they grow.

Astumbo Middle School Mini Health Fair

We set up a mini health fair for Astumbo Middle School Faculty and Staff. Those who participated were given a passport to be signed off at each booth. When their passport was completed, they turned it in for a chance to win a raffle prize from Guam Cancer Care. Special thanks to our JTF Partners and the other organizations that joined in on this successful event.

Partnered up withTakeCare we took part inTheTsubakiTower & Hotel Nikko Guam Employee Health Fair. Participants answered our Cancer Screening Questionnaire and received a free wristband and t-shirt, as well as information on our services and programs.
