Customized Leadership Program

A proven favorite used by more than 100 organizations since 2000, this program will take participants on a deep dive into core supervisory and management techniques to help develop and hone leadership skills. Led by Georgia Southern University faculty and other subject matter experts, this program bolsters the knowledge and practical skills of those who currently serve in, or aspire to, leadership roles. Whether taken as a course that is open to the community or customized to meet the needs of an organization, each session offers new strategies and techniques to help develop individuals and strengthen organizations.
