Qualtrics Survey- Issue 3

Below is the link for the Qualtrics survey to help identify the top items that are working well in COSM, what is not working well in COSM, and what the Dean's Office should be working on. Please take 2-3 minutes to complete the survey.

In the survey, you will be asked to select up to five (5) items from the list for each of the three questions. As a reminder, the lists were generated from the aggregate results from the listening sessions. The survey will remain open until Friday, October 13. Thanks for your time and feedback!
