Alla scoperta dei Cluster, novità protagonista di questa Esposizione Universale
Discovering the Clusters, the novel protagonists of this Universal Exhibition
Tra gli elementi più innovativi del tanto atteso Expo Milano 2015, in scena da maggio a ottobre, troviamo i Cluster, spazi espositivi che, superando il tradizionale raggruppamento su base geografica dei Joint Pavilion delle Expo passate, uniscono sotto lo stesso progetto architettonico Paesi accomunati dalla produzione di uno stesso prodotto alimentare o interessati a sviluppare un tema condiviso e rappresentativo. Nove in tutto: sei dedicati alle filiere alimentari (Caffè, Riso, Cacao, Spezie, Frutta e legumi, Cereali e tuberi) e tre a temi specifici legati all’alimentazione (Bio-Mediterraneo, Agricoltura e Nutrizione nelle zone aride, Isole, Mare e Cibo). 1. Caffè. Coffe in the Forest. Il percorso, dominato dalla vegetazione, offre un’occasione per esporre e degustare il caffè nelle sue molteplici caratteristiche: storia, qualità, produzione e cultura. Among the most innovative elements of the much anticipated Expo Milan 2015, being held from May to October, we find the Clusters. These are spaces that, overcoming the traditional geographically-based grouping of the Joint Pavilions of previous Expos, unite under the same architectural project countries that all produce the same foodstuff or are interested in developing a shared theme that represents them. Nine in all: six dedicated to food production (Coffee, Cocoa, Rice, Spices, Fruit and Vegetables, Cereals and Root Vegetables) and three with specific food-related themes (Bio-Mediterranean, Agriculture and Nutrition in Arid Areas, and Islands, Sea and Food). 1. Coffee. Coffee in the Forest. The itinerary, dominated by vegetation, offers an opportunity to exhibit and taste the coffee with its many features: history, quality, production and culture.
