The book was created in collaboration with Consortium of Pecorino Romano and pasta UNO.61.

The party for the launch of the new project created by Porsche Firenze involved the students of Polimoda Firenze, who were invited to ‘dress up’ the GT3 for the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia. The winner Tommaso Inturrisi was announced during the event hosted by Be Florence.

The awarding of the first edition of the Premio Galileo 2000 was held in the splendid setting of Palazzo Vecchio, the first under the chairmanship of Antonio De Virgillis. Among those awarded was the artist Jeff Koons, singer Ornella Vanoni, director Giuseppe Tornatore and conductor Zubin Mehta.
