Una edición más que espero disfrutes en grande, llego el invierno y con él una de las temporadas más esperadas en mi familia, practicar el deporte que más disfruto con mi hijo, donde podemos convivir como pocas veces en el año, mientras tanto nos preparamos para la recta final del Mundial que ha sorprendido a más de uno, tristemente México no dio el kilo y una vez más mostro la cruda realidad de nuestro futbol.

Los actores George Clooney y Hyun Bin se ponen al frente de la promoción de la nueva colección OMEGA Speedmaster '57.

Clooney, que complementa a la perfección los dos aspectos del famoso cronógrafo, aporta su estilo clásico y su carácter icónico a la campaña, lo que destaca una vez más su larga conexión con OMEGA. Por otro lado, Hyun Bin es la estrella emergente, con un espíritu joven y moderno que personifica la constante evolución del Speedmaster.

Como su nombre indica, el Speedmaster '57 es un emblema del diseño original del Speedmaster, que se lanzó en 1957 para los pilotos e ingenieros de coches de carreras en pista. Como homenaje, hoy la colección Speedmaster '57 de ocho nuevos relojes ha sido presentada con un estilo delgado, coloridas opciones de esfera, un brazalete de época y un excepcional movimiento Co-Axial Master Chronometer 9906 que alcanza el pináculo de la precisión, la resistencia al magnetismo y el rendimiento.

Para esta sesión, George lleva el modelo de acero noble con esfera azul de PVD (ref. 332.10.41.51.03.001). Entre los nuevos retratos, se puede ver al actor luciendo el reloj mientras conduce un coche de época cerca de su casa, en los alrededores del lago Como, una alusión a los orígenes del Speedmaster en las carreras.

El actor surcoreano Hyun Bin se ha unido recientemente a la familia OMEGA. Haciendo gala de su típico estilo desenfadado y seguro, fue fotografiado con un coche clásico en Corea; esta vez, luciendo un modelo de 40,5 mm en acero noble y con esfera negra (ref. 332.12.41.51.01.001).

Coincidiendo con el 65 aniversario de la línea Speedmaster, la colección completa OMEGA Speedmaster '57 incluye ahora ocho nuevos modelos. Además de los modelos con esfera azul y negra, también hay opciones en verde y burdeos. Los detalles de la firma en 1957 incluyen el bisel metálico cepillado con su "Dot Over Ninety" (DON) es decir, el famoso punto sobre el noventa, así como las famosas agujas Broad Arrow.

Antiguamente fue una estación de ferrocarril, hoy esta pinacoteca ofrece increíbles exposiciones y conserva obras majestuosas del siglo XIX.

Tipografía “Montemayor”

“Montemayor” es una tipografía que se creó inspirada en la historia y el proceso de la fundación de Monterrey, Nuevo León: sus intentos fallidos, las primeras colonias, la vida extrema tanto como por su clima como con sus pobladores originales (los borrados) quienes fueron borrados de la historia y el contraste del crecimiento y futuro de la ciudad.

Existen muchos personajes omitidos en las historias de la fundación de Monterrey y con esta tipografía se busca reivindicar su legado proyectando a lo que al día de hoy es y puede llegar a ser la comunidad regiomontana.

La tipografía “Montemayor” tiene una morfología incisa con un color tipográfico mayor, un trazo semihomogéneo y un eje inclinado, con serifas insinuadas inspiradas en las letras talladas, tiene proporciones modernas, vértices rectos, terminaciones verticales; es condensada en contraformas y contiene diacríticos completos de latín extended.

Este proyecto fue presentado formalmente en el Museo del Noreste (MUNE) dentro del marco del Festival Santa Lucía 2022, vistiendo los accesos, áreas internas y exteriores del Museo.

La confianza en el lugar de trabajo puede repercutir en su bienestar, a la ejecución de sus tareas y a su relación con su jefe y sus compañeros. La confianza lo es todo. Por eso ResumeLab ha realizado una encuesta a más de 1000 empleados sobre los grados de confianza en y hacia sus lugares de trabajo.

Y nos hemos encontrado que:

Un 56% había dejado un trabajo porque sentía que no se confiaba en ellos.

El 63% ha dicho que la falta de confianza en su trabajo había afectado a su salud mental.

Un 54% ha dicho que la confianza hacia un nuevo jefe tiene que ser ganada poco a poco, frente a un 46% que confía en ellos desde el primer día.

El 73% admitió que tiene un software de vigilancia de sus tareas en los ordenadores de trabajo.

Más de la mitad de los que participaron en el estudio estuvieron alguna vez lo suficientemente preocupados como para eliminar mensajes en los canales de comunicación del lugar de trabajo. El 60% había borrado un mensaje instantáneo por miedo a que lo leyeran.

el 91% de los trabajadores confían en su jefe, pero el 73% de los que participaron en el estudio informaron que tenían un software de monitorización de sus actividades en remoto en los ordenadores de trabajo.

Qatar 2022: Fanáticos de la Copa del Mundo en ritmo de gasto récord en las sedes del torneo

A pocos días del final de la Copa Mundial de la FIFA, los fanáticos ya han gastado más dinero que cuando Brasil fue anfitrión en 2014, y el 89% del valor que gastaron en Rusia en 2018.

La cifra es alta a pesar de la prohibición de última hora de la venta de cerveza con alcohol en los estadios y frente a las crecientes presiones de bolsillo sobre los consumidores de todo el mundo. Cerca de la mitad del gasto fue en mercadería, mientras que los pagos por alimentos y bebidas representaron el 36%.

Los fanáticos que estuvieron presentes para ver a Arabia Saudita enfrentarse a México el 30 de noviembre gastaron más en general.

Tanto la asociación de fútbol FIFA como Qatar se han mostrado optimistas sobre el potencial de ganancias de este torneo.

ChatGPT y Lensa: la razón por la que no paras de ver capturas de pantalla con texto y dibujos de las personas a las que sigues en redes sociales

Es probable que te hayas topado en redes sociales con varias ilustraciones de las personas a las que sigues o con alguna captura de pantalla de un chat con una pregunta y una respuesta.

Lensa y ChatGPT son 2 herramientas que generan contenido por inteligencia

artificial y que están maravillando a los usuarios. Sin embargo, los expertos alertan de peligros como la falta de privacidad o la veracidad de las respuestas que ofrecen.

En el caso del texto generado por IA, la herramienta se llama ChatGPT y ha sido desarrollada por Open AI, la empresa cofundada por el nuevo dueño de Twitter,

Elon Musk. Se puede acceder a ella a través de un navegador web, de manera gratuita —aunque hay que registrarse antes— y permite hacer toda clase de consultas, desde una disertación filosófica a una duda de lenguaje de programación.

Por su parte, las ilustraciones corren a cargo de la función Magic Avatarsde Lensa, una herramienta de edición fotográfica que utiliza la tecnología de la competidora de Open AI, Stability AI. En el caso de Lensa, los usuarios pueden acceder gratis a través de la tienda de aplicaciones de Android o de Apple.

La accesibilidad y eficacia de estas herramientas tecnológicas han provocado que muchos usuarios hayan interactuado con ellas recientemente y que, además, hayan querido compartir con sus seguidores el resultado de "sus" creaciones.

Estos días, navegando por Twitter o Instagram, lo más probable es que te hayas topado por casualidad —o no— con alguno de estos 2 contenidos: o bien una captura de pantalla en la que se puede leer una pregunta y una respuesta, o bien un dibujo o una ilustración de alguien a quien sigues en redes sociales.

Ambos contenidos, texto e imágenes, están generados por inteligencia artificial (IA).

#ContratoSocial

El fin de año está cerca. Empieza el periodo para hacer el balance de lo logrado durante año y la lista de aquellas acciones que se continuarán o empezarán durante el año que inicia.

Crear un Contrato Social que responda a las necesidades de la realidad actual y que de esta forma revolucione los obsoletos e inoperantes compromisos que, como sociedad, se alcanzaron en el siglo pasado, debe formar parte de nuestra lista para el 2023.

Escribo estas líneas en plural porque estoy convencido que, de manera directa o indirecta, nos corresponde. Incluso, no incluirlo en nuestra lista nos hace igual parte.

El contrato social con el que funcionamos actualmente contempla conceptos que no podrían estar más alejados de la dinámica y realidad. Tal es el caso de: 1) trabajos de por vida, 2) planes de pensiones fijas, 3) familias nucleares tradicionales, 4) expectativa de vida, etc. Otros, simplemente no se contemplaron porque en la época en que se hizo el contrato social, simplemente no se encontraban (o no eran representativos) de las necesidades del momento.

Son precisamente los temas que se dejaron fuera los que hoy, junto con otros, deben ser incluidos en el contrato social. Considero que no se debe empezar de cero. Estoy convencido que se debe empezar de donde partimos. Utilicemos lo funcional, lo efectivo, lo aprendido y; dejamos de lado, lo que se ha vuelvo obsoleto, no funcional.

Los ejes transversales en que se sustentaría el contrato social podrían estar englobados en: 1) seguridad social y de salud; 2) avance tecnológico y transición económica; 3) inclusión y movilidad. No sugiero en forma alguna una lista exhaustiva -no creo que exista- pero sí una línea conductora.

Durante los últimos dos años ha quedado en evidencia que el contrato social requiere ajustes tanto en sus principios como en su entendimiento del entorno de aplicación. Muchos de estos ajustes son de fondo, otros son simplemente matices.

Yo, demás de ello, estoy convencido que hay que quitarle la temporalidad a los elementos o principios. El contrato social debe ser atemporal en su aplicación, debe permitir la adaptabilidad efectiva y eficiente de sus principios. Estoy convencido que es solo así como se logrará que el contrato social sea sostenible.

Veo la colaboración -#AlianzasODS- de todos -sector público, privado y sociedad civil- como la forma posible de alcanzarlo. Esto requiere reconocer la vulnerabilidad de unos y otros. Es indispensable entender la vulnerabilidad a la que estamos expuestos como sociedad (ahí lo aprendido -confío- gracias a la pandemia del COVID-19).

Mientras hago el cierre de este texto, me surge una pregunta: ¿Quién será el “actor” idóneo para tomar el rol de líder en este camino?

Algunos dirían que ese rol nos corresponde a todos, lo comparto, pero además reconozco la necesidad de un actor responsable de dirigir los esfuerzos (o los diferentes liderazgos).

Yo estoy convencido que la academia es un actor idóneo para fungir como tal dada su capacidad técnica, de escucha activa a todos los actores y de impacto directo en la comunidad tanto en el corto como en el largo plazo. De este pensamiento, hablaré en mi siguiente entrega.

¿Cómo preparar a las empresas familiares para una recesión?

Periodos como la recesión son un gran golpe para cualquier compañía, un reto del cual las empresas familiares no están exentas y para superarlo deben prepararse.

Muchos de estos negocios tienen procesos improvisados y carecen de buenas prácticas, como el gobierno corporativo, lo cual aumenta su nivel de vulnerabilidad ante este escenario.

Entre los principales factores de su fracaso está la falta de asesoría en la toma de decisiones frente a las crisis.

La posibilidad de una recesión global es un escenario cada vez más cercano, de acuerdo con múltiples agencias y organismos internacionales; derivado de las condiciones económicas posteriores a la pandemia, los conflictos internacionales y otros factores. En este contexto, es particularmente importante apuntar los desafíos y áreas de oportunidad que tienen las empresas.

“Ante las crisis es puntualmente importante que las empresas familiares se planten la solidez de su estructura, sus procesos internos y su capacidad de respuesta y resiliencia ante las adversidades económicas que podrían enfrentar potencialmente”, señala el Dr. Guillermo Cruz, presidente de ACAD, empresa que ofrece servicios de consultoría a negocios familiares con el objetivo de que adopten mejores prácticas y estrategias de gobierno corporativo.

Ante las puertas de una recesión

- El panorama es adverso en este cierre de año y las empresas familiares tienen aspectos a considerar de cara al inicio del próximo, tomando en cuenta los anteriores aspectos.

En México, las empresas familiares son vitales para la economía, pues generan alrededor del 67% de los empleos formales y representan una proporción importante de la actividad económica, según el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI).

Si bien las instituciones nacionales como el Banco de México mantienen una expectativa relativamente positiva con respecto a la economía nacional en 2023 y observan una recuperación en la actividad de las PyMES, lo cierto es que para estas empresas su enorme importancia hace que sea preciso considerar y planear aspectos de resistencia en busca de su supervivencia en caso de una crisis recesiva.

“Al considerar su impacto en la sociedad, los dirigentes de empresas familiares deben plantearse la necesidad de asesoría, del adecuado acompañamiento y la implementación de políticas innovadoras y eficientes en pro de su empresa. Sin adecuado asesoramiento, estas empresas quedan a la deriva en un contexto complejo y en un momento complicado inclusive para empresas de tamaño mediano o más grandes”, asegura el Presidente de ACAD.

Las empresas familiares y su capacidad de respuesta

Factores como el endeudamiento, las cuentas por pagar y el volumen de operación son puntos clave en la gestión empresarial. Sin perder de vista que las crisis apremian, en un contexto recesivo y de alta inflación la toma de decisiones es importante.

Entre los principales aspectos que llevan al fracaso a las empresas familiares se encuentran: falta de experiencia en la toma de decisiones, poca apertura a la innovación, apego a procesos tradicionales, etc.

“Igual de importante es tener apertura a escuchar nuevas voces, recurrir a consultoría y ser consciente del papel que cada empresa representa en el conjunto de la economía. Sólo así se puede conseguir una capacidad de respuesta y de resiliencia adecuada”, concluye el Dr. Cruz.

Entonces, ¿cómo preparar a las empresas familiares para una recesión? El Dr- Cruz señala que es necesario crear una estructura sólida principalmente con los siguientes pilares:

1. Un protocolo Familiar para dar claridad en la frontera e interacciones de la empresa y familia

2. Planeación Estratégica, que vislumbre qué hacer en distintos escenarios (incluyendo uno donde exista recesión)

3. Administración de Riesgos para anticiparse a situaciones adversas y reduzca las posibilidades de reveses para la compañía

4. Procesos eficientes, debidamente documentados y probados que aseguren la mayor eficiencia de los recursos

5. Relaciones sólidas con clientes y proveedores, que permitan navegar con un impulso adecuado

6. Finanzas sanas que ayuden a soportar escenarios turbulentos

An All New Faith

purpose and refocus on those things that were truly important to me while also exploring unfamiliar territory and discovering new interests.

One thing that has surprised me the most on this journey is that I now continually step out of my comfort zone by trying a new sport. I went on my first women’s surf retreat in Costa Rica in 2021. It was amazing!

Expanding my world beyond the familiar terrain of being a celebrity’s wife is just part of growing and evolving as a person and a woman. I consciously made self-care more of a priority by improving myself spiritually, physically and mentally. Cultivating healthier relationships in my life is a huge part of that. It’s so important to be surrounded by people who inspire you to become your best self, so you are empowered to achieve your goals.

Of course, stepping out into the unknown can be scary sometimes, but it’s also exciting to see what the future holds. We all face different challenges, and it’s really important for me to encourage others to believe in themselves, especially other women, in order for them to trust their own judgment as they find their new paths.

Making the Most of Every Occasion with Monét Limousine

Monica Garza has 10 years of experience in the luxury ground transportation industry. Getting her start with the help of mentors in the late 2000’s, she acquired an established business founded in San Marcos, Texas, which also served the San Antonio market. However, being one of only two women at the time in the S.A. luxury ground transportation business and experiencing social anxiety, it wasn't always smooth sailing.

Several factors pushed her to sell her business prematurely. After much personal growth, however, Monica often thought of all the things she could have done differently and prayed for the opportunity to start over. In 2019, she founded Monét Limousine, determined to build from the ground up.

As a mother of four, Monica considers her faith and family to be most important. Therefore, if she isn’t scheduling wine tours or organizing wedding itineraries, you can find her spending time with her husband Jerry (her biggest supporter), her four children, and their very large, sweet Pyradoodle named Barbie.

“My purpose is to live a life my children can be proud of,” Monica explained, “to be the best example I can for them, to always be available and to instill within them the same values of courage, confidence, hard work and determination that I strongly believe in.”

There have been so many situations along the way that have necessitated pushing herself way out of her comfort zone. When Monica sees others who need the extra push to get out there too, she shares the advice of Benjamin Mee: “You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage, just literally twenty seconds of embarrassing bravery, and I promise you, something great will come of it.”

A former Mrs. San Antonio, Monica drew inspiration for her company logo through her adventures as a pageant queen. The name Monét came through a beautiful book that she discovered in her late teens on the impressionist painter Claude Monet. He became one of her favorite artists. Monet also means “descendant of the protector,” which Monica finds to be spiritually satisfying and very empowering. She now endeavors to do almost everything with a meaningful purpose. I am so proud of my New York Fashion Week presentation for Spring / Summer 2023.

My collection included 20 Couture Creations for humans and 20 of my Canine Couture designs.

The collection I sent down the runway was very eclectic. Normally, I latch onto a theme, presenting a more tightly cohesive collection, but this time I wanted to capture a representation of life as we are experiencing it.

I call this collection Everyday People... and Their Pets. I was inspired over the past months by moods and everyday life. There was a little of everything, speaking of how we forge forward acclimating to changes and challenges, but never forgetting to celebrate our connections with our pets.

There were representations of day wear, lounge wear, streetwear and formal wear, all including our four legged companions. All garments were created utilizing recycled materials, proving once again that what was once considered waste can now be repurposed and worn as fashion.

For the pets, I designed in bright vibrant colors with lots of glimmer, so each was a unique one-of-a-kind work of art. These garments represent how much our pets can brighten our days, even at the worst of times. As I have stated time and again, our pets (which are mostly adopted from shelters and rescues) are models and not accessories.

We celebrate our pets and they enjoy not only wearing these creations, but they love doing these shows and getting the message out that people should adopt and not shop.

AVA: As you are without a doubt the most famous visual artist to come out of Eastern Europe’s Albania, do you consider your Annenberg Space for Photography Exhibit to be your greatest accomplishment to date?

FADIL: My greatest accomplishment is and always shall be bringing out the innermost beauty of my subjects.

AVA: Where do you see yourself, career-wise in five years, in the everchanging landscape of the ‘business of beauty and luxury branding’? Do you envision the dominance of social media and the mammoth power of celebrity influence to continue to reign?

FADIL: In fashion, beauty and the arts, everything is about the change. I am on a happy river boat moving forward with the flow.

AVA: What do you still aspire to accomplish?

FADIL: It is not money, power or even prestige. It’s about creating images I am proud of, as well as earning the respect of my peers.

AVA: Not to put you on the spot, but out of all the politicians, heads of state, celebrities, wannabe divas and drama queens, who inspired you the most and with whom have you had the most fun shooting pictures?

FADIL: I photographed Carmen for many years, and she became a muse for me. I felt the same way about Beverly. It was only natural for me to pair them up.

AVA: Do you remember the moment when you first lifted a camera to your eye? When was that? Who was your first subject and what inspired you then?

FADIL: When I was growing up in Albania everyone was your neighbor. Down the street lived an older gentleman who one day gave me a camera and showed me how to work it. Suddenly my whole world opened visually. He became my first subject.

AVA: Tell us, please, how you manage to draw out the inner beauty from those you photograph?

FADIL: The one time I really connect with someone is when I am behind the camera. I shower the subjects with assurances that their beauty is as unique as they are themselves.

Iceland is beautiful, wonderful and stunning! The mountain waterfalls at times were just breathtaking, but not for me. I just wasn’t feeling it.

The sky and clouds were what held my attention. Watching the clouds roll in made the blues look like they came from a box of crayons. Every shade and tone popped and transformed every two minutes. Now that was amazing. I learned the mastery of pulling over in my rental, sorry for the people behind me. Most of the time, I took in a deep breath and just watched in awe!

This country is geared up for tourism, in my opinion. And if you want to see the sights without people, you have to get there first. All of the waterfalls were amazing; I just didn’t know how to photograph them. I tried, letting the beauty mesmerize my eyes to soul, but after the third waterfall, I had to let it all go.

I would do these long hikes to see a waterfall and spend about 10-15 minutes just looking at the time. Spent more time walking, looking down at all of the things I had missed. There is incredible beauty in Mother Nature, but I was just in the wrong headspace.

The highlight of the trip was picking up six hitchhikers. This made my journey a bit more interesting; most of them were there for work or school. Thomas and Eli were both from France. I met them in two different parts of the country. Thomas was studying glaciers so he could be a guide and Eli was there with friends, but then needed to travel solo. They’re amazing young adults with fantastic futures.

Having my own tour guides was way cool. They had different points of view on what I needed to see, but when I was showing them the clouds and how they roll in, they took out their iPhones and photographed what I was shooting.

I do believe this trip was more about me trying to learn patience, and as you can see, it didn’t work, lol! Would I go back, yes - maybe in a group, but solo - no!

Finding my journey can take me to some dark places....

Dr. Shiv Goel feels that modern medicine is very system-oriented, not patient-oriented. For example, someone with diabetes might go to a doctor who will treat their blood sugar, but may not treat the root cause of getting diabetes and won’t always take the time to teach how to prevent this from happening to the rest of the family. “Possibly, we could even reverse the high rates of people having so many health issues if we give patients the knowledge they need to understand why they have problems to begin with, or why they are heading in that direction,” postulated Dr. Goel.

He goes beyond traditional and holistic healthcare, a concierge healthcare approach, so he can give the time and quality care to his patients. It has been working wonders for those who experience multiple health issues. “It’s more than functional medicine,” said the doctor. “I don’t treat the disease. I treat the person.”

“I understand how my patients feel,” he added. “I am human too, and I went through many difficult experiences as a child, dealing with serious medical problems in my own family. The lack of basic medical knowledge was a huge issue for us and many other families.”

Dr Goel explained how this history ultimately influenced his future plans. “I moved to America and decided to pursue this dream of a holistic healthcare center, all because of what I saw my father go through in India, mainly due to his lack of personal medical knowledge. I came from a large but poor family,” Dr. Goel added. “My Dad was responsible for all of us and had neglected his health for a long time. I wish he had a better sense of awareness regarding his own health issues and had access to the tools to improve them. health conditions, how can you be prepared to handle it? My father always felt powerless next to a physician. To him, the healers were next to God, so I felt that becoming a healer - a physician - would be a very noble thing to do.”

From becoming an M.D. of Anesthesiology in New Delhi, India, to attending the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Queens Hospital Center New York, Dr. Shiv Goel has been on the move, continuously pushing himself to a higher level. He progressed from an eager young medical student and resident providing critical care to becoming an American Board of Internal Medicine Board Certified Doctor, healing patients while teaching other medical students and residents at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine.

After teaching for three years, Dr. Goel now owns and operates a specialized medical facility in San Antonio. I believe aging is beautiful as long as we live our life consciously and do not just become unaware, suffering due to our own choices. I believe in teaching the art of living and treating the mind, body, and soul.”

Much more than a doctor, Shiv Goel has a delightfully colorful personality. He is a spontaneous person with many interests. “I never dreamed that I would be competing as a bodybuilder and become a physique model,” said Dr. Goel. He has diligently worked on his own health. Given his family predisposition to diabetes, he has been able to avoid diabetes with his diet and simple exercise routine. Red meat is no longer an option he chooses, since he has seen better results in himself and several patients after making that one simple lifestyle change.

The doctor was recently a runway model for Texas Fashion Week, where he rocked an urban fantasy look. “I make my own style,” Shiv says of his fashion sense. “It’s not about impressing people but actually a part of reflecting your personality. I grew up in Delhi, where special occasions always involved dressing up, and I loved it. It’s more than fashion for me; it’s about showing who you are.”

This fascinating individual is into many adventure sports, so don’t be surprised if you see Dr. Goel out para-gliding, river rafting, hiking, or ice skating. An overachiever from a young age, he is continually evolving and traveling as much as possible, to meet new

people while learning about other cultures. He shared with us that hhis plans for the future are to stay connected with others while utilizing his medical skills, adding, “My goal is to travel around the world, teaching my ideas and encouraging this combined concept of integrating traditional, functional and holistic medicine to take hold.”

For relaxation, the good doctor meditates, listens to soft music and paints. He especially enjoys painting old village themes. This abundance of creativity, combined with an extensive knowledge that comes from his medical education, diverse life experiences and a true passion for helping people, makes Dr. Shiv Goel a bright light in the medical profession.

My father Judel Noel was a boxer, as well as my uncle Shakir Alston! That was also part of my motivation to keep the family legacy going. Life choices and certain unfortunate situations stopped both of them from being able to achieve their full potential with the sport, so now it’s up to me to put the family on my back and bring it home. My father is currently incarcerated, waiting on his opportunity for freedom again, God willing! Knowing where he is and how much I love him is a major part of my determination and passion! I give this sport my blood, sweat and tears day in and day out, to provide a better life for my kids and family.

My mom, Jacqueline Reddick, did everything she could as a single mother to make sure I was taken care of. That type of drive, sacrifice and the will she has to never quit is the cloth I’m cut from! Watching her and seeing her hustle while I grew up instilled in me at a young age that whatever I saw for myself, I was going to put the work in to go get! As I stated earlier, I have kids to feed, along with a beautiful future wife at home. She also has dreams and aspirations, but a lot of times she’ll put off her goals in order to support mine! I am grateful for my team and family, and I couldn’t ask for anything better! Every struggle I’ve faced in life made me the man I am today, and I am proud of it!
