Consolidate your development SENIOR CAPSTONE PROJECT (SCP) The SCP adapts to the interests and professional motivations of each student,studying the speciality and the itinerary chosen in greater depth: Own subject matter: the student carries out their own research project under the supervision of a lecturer from CETT.

Entrepreneurship project: the student can devote their project to developing a business idea and explore the real possibilities of viability.

Participation in a Research Group: the student can develop the project starting from their participation in one of the following groups: · Tourism Accommodation and Catering Research Group (GRATiR) · Tourism, Culture and Territory Research Group (TCT) · Cuisine and Gastronomy Research Group (GR-CiG). · It is also possible to participate in inter-university groups, carrying out a research project jointly with students from different countries.

National or international companies, organizations and institutions: the student may gear the SCP to applied research or develop an innovative and entrepreneurial project in both national and international organizations.

LEARNING SPACES

DINING HALL SERVICES The Forum space is a café-restaurant that promotes creativity and cultural exchange of students. It has a varied offer gastronomic, healthy, seasonal foods that adapt to different meal times. In addition, you can also have lunch in the CETT Restaurant Classroom, an à la carte restaurant with the same characteristics as a real gourmet restaurant and serves as a learning space for students.

CETT aims to create a learning context that consolidates its unique educational model, with resources that offer a high added value geared towards experience, experimentation, sharing, and learning on a unique campus. Students have different multi-purpose spaces for learning, the Fòrum, the Eidos Space, La Plaça, the Creativity and Innovation Space, the IT Classrooms, or the Reception Room, among others.

All of the CETT dining services have AMED accreditation to promote and encourage a Mediterranean diet and to facilitate choosing healthy options for our clientele.

VIRTUAL CAMPUS This tool facilitates two-way communication between faculty and students in terms of education and learning, and assistance with internships and job offers.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES The Gaspar Espuña-CETT Foundation offers for students in need scholarships aimed at continuing their studies and promoting mobility, at the same time, the CETT Group has promoted agreements with different public and private entities in oerder to obtain scholarships and grants that facilitate students’ access to education and, in some cases, the financing of the studies.
