The Valencian 75 A Spanish Twist on The French 75 with Piquitos Moscato Ingredients: - 1 ounce gin - 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed - 1/2 ounce simple syrup - 3 ounces Piquitos Moscato - Garnish: lemon twist Directions: 1. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. 2. Strain into a Champagne flute. 3. Top with the Piquitos Moscato. 4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
