As needed by the relevant pollution control board, there are two types of clearance. The CTE stands for Consent to Establish. This type of permission is necessary from the authorities in order to start or run a manufacturing business. This has to do with obtaining an initial license from the appropriate government to run any type of air, water, or noise pollution business. Another consent that must be obtained is Consent to operate (CTO). This permission would be necessary in order to verify that the industry adheres to operating requirements. Almost all the categories of Industries need to get this clearance.
