รายงานจากหน่วยธุรกิจบริการการลงทุนด้านโรงแรมของเจแอลแอล ระบุว่า ในปีที่ผ่านมา มีการซื้อขายโรงแรมเกิดขึ้นในไทยอย่างน้อย 12 รายการ รวมมูลค่า 17,000 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้นจากปี 2559 ราว 70% และสูงกว่ามูลค่าการซื้อขายเฉลี่ยรายปีระหว่างปี 2555 ถึง 2559 ซึ่งมีระดับเฉลี่ยที่ประมาณ 12,200 ล้านบาทต่อปี โดยพบว่า กรุงเทพฯ เป็นเมืองที่มีการซื้อขายโรงแรมมูลค่ารวมสูงสุด คือ 14,000 ล้านบาท หรือราว 80% ของมูลค่าการซื้อขายที่เกิดขึ้นทั่วประเทศ โดยเป็นการซื้อขายโรงแรมทั้งสิ้น 6 รายการ ได้แก่ เดอะ บางกอก เอดิชั่น ในโครงการมหานคร (รวมจุดชมวิว มหานคร อ็อบ เซอร์เวชัน่ เด็ค) ขายให้กบั กองทุนจากอเมริกา, โรงแรมขนาด 34 ชัน้ ทีส่ ร้างค้างไว้ทปี่ ากซอย สุขมุ วิท 27 ขายให้กบั กลุม่ คาร์ลตัล โฮเทลจากสิงคโปร์, โรงแรมพรีเมียร์อนิ น์ ขายให้กบั กลุม่ วีโฮเทลจากสิงคโปร์, ซัมเมอร์เซ็ท เลค พอยท์ ขายให้กับเจอาร์ คิวชูจากญี่ปุ่น, สวิสโซเทล นายเลิศ ปาร์ค ขายให้กับกรุงเทพดุสิตเวชการ และเซอร์วิสอพาร์ตเม้นท์ในย่านทองหล่อ ซึ่งเข้าซื้อโดยนักลงทุนประเภทบุคคล สถิติจากกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา เผยว่า ในปี 2560 มีชาวต่างชาติเดินทางเข้ามา ในไทยรวมกว่า 35 ล้านคน เพิ่มขึ้น 8.6% จากปี 2559 หรือเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่า 10 ล้านคน ในช่วง 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา ส่วนในปีนี้ คาดว่าจะมีจ�านวนชาวต่างชาติเดินทางเข้ามาในไทย เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 37.6 ล้านคน ส�าหรับปี 2561 มีโรงแรมคุณภาพเหมาะสมส�าหรับการลงทุนมีเสนอขายไม่มาก คาดว่า มูลค่า การลงทุนซือ้ ขายโรงแรมในไทยของปีนจี้ ะไม่สงู เท่ากับปีทผี่ า่ นมา โดยอาจมีมลู ค่ารวมทัง้ สิน้ ประมาณ 10,000 ล้านบาท ใกล้เคียงกับมูลค่าการซื้อขายที่เกิดขึ้นเฉลี่ยรายปีในปีก่อนๆ The report from hotel investing business unit of JLL indicated that last year there was hotel trade taking place in Thailand at least 12 transactions with the total value of 17,000 million baht, considered increasing from 2016 approximately 70%, and higher than the average annual trade value between 2012 - 2016 with average level at 12,2000 million baht per year.

It founded that Bangkok was the one with the highest overall trading value at 14,000 million baht, or approximately 80% of trading value occurring across the country. There were 6 transactions of hotel trade including The Bangkok Edition in Mahanakon Project (including view point of Mahanakon Observation) - sold to the fund from America, undone 34-Story Hotel at the entrance to the alley Soi Sukhumvit 27 - sold to Carlton Hotel Group from Singapore, Premiere Inn - sold to V Hotel Group from Singapore, Somerset Lake Point - sold to JR Kyushu from Japan, Swisssotel Nai Lert Park - sold to Bangkok Dusit Medical Service, and Service Apartment in Thong Lor area sold to private investor.

Besides the high hotel trading figure, last year was considered to have a greater number of foreign captial buying hotels in Thailand or over 50% of overall trading value, which mostly were the capitals from Singapore, Japan and America.

Statistic from Ministry of Tourism and Sports revealed that in 2017, the total number of foreigners traveling to Thailand was approximately 35 million, or considered increasing by 8.6% from 2016, or more than 10 million foreigners increasing in the past three years. For this year, it expects more number of foreigners traveling to Thailand up to 37.6 million.

For 2018, there is less offers on quality hotels for investment. It expects hotel trade value in Thailand this year will not be as high as the previous year. The total value may be approximately 10,000 million baht, which is considered closed to the average trading value occurring in earlier years.

On Tuesday 27 February 2018, the Association of Thai Travel Agents (ATTA), and Thai Hotels Association (THA) arranged Member Joint Meeting, which was aimed to provide information on tourism circumstance, and hotel and tourism trend in 2018 for its members. The meeting jointly acknowledged the strategy to handle the change in tourism business, discussed by Instr. Tanyawatch Chaiyatrakulchai, while Minister of Tourism and Sports Mr. Weerasak Kowsurat also joined the meeting to give special speech over the topic ‘Thai Tourism Surgery’, held at Grand Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel Bangkok.

ด้วยการเป็นเจ้าภาพงาน World Tourism Conference ครั้งที่ 5 ของ UNWTO ในกูชิง รัฐซาราวัก ซึ่งเป็นการสานต่อ ความส�าเร็จจากการจัดงาน World Tourism Conference ครั้งที่ 4 ที่ปีนังในปี 2016 และ Global Summit on Urban Tourism ครั้งที่ 6 ที่กัวลาลัมเปอร์ในปีที่ผ่านมา ที่ได้รับการ ตอบรับและความร่วมมือที่ดีมากระหว่างประเทศมาเลเซีย และ UNWTO นอกจากนี้ มาเลเซียยังคงเดินหน้าสนับสนุนแผนพัฒนาแบบ ยั่งยืน 2030 ของ UNWTO เพื่อขับเคลื่อนประเทศสู่การเป็น ประเทศที่มีรายได้สูงอีกด้วย “ขณะนี้ประเทศมาเลเซียยังเร่งเดินหน้าการเป็นพันธมิตรกับ สายการบินต่างๆ เพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายในการเข้าประเทศ มาเลเซียทั้งเที่ยวบินปกติและเที่ยวบินเช่าเหมาล�า หรือชาร์เตอร์ไฟลต์” ข่าวดีล่าสุดคือการเปิดตัวเที่ยวบินในช่วงฤดูหนาว Winter Season) ของสายการบิน Condor Air ประเทศเยอรมนี ที่จะ เชื่อมต่อระหว่างกรุงแฟรงค์เฟิร์ตและกรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ในเดือน พฤศจิกายนนี้ สายการบินพันธมิตรของประเทศมาเลเซีย ยังรวมถึง Malaysia Airlines, AirAsia, Malindo Air, KLM และ Singapore Airlines โดยการด�าเนินการทั้งหมดนี้เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมส�าหรับ แคมเปญท่องเที่ยวสุดยิ่งใหญ่ ‘Visit Malaysia Year 2020’ ซึ่งคาดว่าจะสามารถดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวได้มากถึง 36 ล้านคน พร้อมสร้างรายได้ด้านการท่องเที่ยวกว่า 1.68 แสนล้านริงกิต มาเลเซีย วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดแคมเปญดังกล่าวเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ ประเทศมาเลเซียในการเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยว ในใจนักท่องเที่ยวทั่วโลก ด้วยการเน้นย�้าแนวคิด ‘Travel, Enjoy and Respect’ ซึ่งจะด�าเนินการควบคู่ไปกับแผนการ ท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์หรือ National Eco-Tourism Plan ปี 2016-2025

ร่วมมือกับหลายสายการบิน โดยรัฐบาลมาเลเซียยังมุ่งกระตุ้น ยอดนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนให้เดินทางเข้ามาประเทศมากขึ้น ด้วยการยกเว้นวีซ่าและน�าระบบ e-visa มาใช้ ซึ่งคาดว่า ในปี 2020 อุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวจะสร้างเม็ดเงินกว่า 1.68 แสนล้านริงกิตมาเลเซีย”

ด้าน ‘ดาโต๊ะ ซรี โมฮัมเหม็ด นาซรี อับดุล อซิส’ รัฐมนตรีกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและวัฒนธรรมแห่งประเทศ มาเลเซีย กล่าวว่า รัฐบาลมาเลเซียได้ประกาศแคมเปญ การท่องเที่ยวใหม่สุดยิ่งใหญ่ ‘Visit Malaysia Year 2020’ ที่ตั้งเป้าเพิ่มจ�านวนนักท่องเที่ยวกว่า 36 ล้านคนจากทั่วโลก ซึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นพร้อมกับการเป็นเจ้าภาพการจัดงาน Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit และ Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting ในปี 2020

his year many countries seem to drastically promote their tourisms to attract foreigners especially the countries in South East Asia that are trying their best to compete with other.

Rather than Thailand, Malaysia is trying to climb the ranks to become one of the tourist destinations in South East Asia, which this year Malaysia set the goal to attract 33.1 million foreign tourists to the country, and generate over 1.34 hundred billion Malaysian ringgit.

‘Datuk Seri Mirza Mohammad Taiyab’, DirectorGeneral of Malaysia Tourism said that this year Malaysia shall introduce new tourist attractions such as ‘Desaru Coast Malaysia’; a Premium Class Resort, and ‘the 20th Century Fox World Malaysia’; a theme park that is expected to attract a large number of tourists to the country, and make Malaysia to become another new weekend destination for everyone in the family.

Desaru Coast is the first premium integrated resort in Malaysia, which is expected to open the first phase in June 2018. This resort features big size waterpark as called Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark where tourists shall experience the biggest artificial sea in South East Asia, and the first Water Coaster of the region. The recent news is the introduction of new flights during winter season of Condor Air from Germany that shall connect between Frankfurt and Kuala Lumpur city in this November, while alliance airlines of Malaysia also includes Malaysia Airlines, Air Asia, Malindo Air, KLM and Singapore Airlines.

All this executions are proceeded as the preparation for the greatest tourism campaign ‘Visit Malaysia Year 2020’, which is expected to attract a large number of tourists up to 36 million, and generate tourism revenue over 1.68 hundred billion Malaysian ringgit.

This is considered as the major goal to designate, and complete tourism reformation plan of Malaysia within 2020.

Shortcut to ‘Secondary Cities’ เมื่อช่วงปลายปี 2560 ที่ผ่านมา ‘คุณสมคิด จาตุศรีพิทักษ์’ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีฝ่ายเศรษฐกิจ ได้มอบนโยบายส�าคัญด้าน การท่องเที่ยวแก่กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา รวมถึงการ ท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) และหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่ เกี่ยวข้อง ให้เร่งผสานความร่วมมือกันโดยด่วน เพื่อผลักดัน นักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางเข้าสู่แหล่งท่องเที่ยวใน ‘เมืองรอง’ ได้อย่างสะดวกสบายมากขึ้น คุณสมคิด บอกว่า “เปรียบอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยว เหมือนร่ม ใบใหญ่ คอยดึงธุรกิจในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ ให้เจริญเติบโต ตามไปด้วย” ยิ่งเห็นรายได้ท่องเที่ยวซึ่งครองสัดส่วนมากถึง 20% ของจีดีพี แล้ว เรียกได้ว่าไม่ใช่สัดส่วนที่น้อยเลย จึงอยากให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนด้านท่องเที่ยวและ คมนาคมช่วยกันผลักดันให้เกิดการขยายตัวมากขึ้น ให้มัน ออกดอกออกผลไปสู่ทุกภาคส่วน เป็น ‘อินคลูซีฟ โกรท’ (Inclusive Growth) ที่แท้จริง! ‘ผลลัพธ์ในเชิงกระจายรายได้ยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร หน่วยงานภาค รัฐจึงไม่สามารถบริหารงานแบบที่ผ่านๆ มาได้อีกต่อไป’

เพราะตอนนี้ไทยมีนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติเข้ามาเที่ยวมากถึง 34-35 ล้านคนต่อปีแล้ว หลายๆ จุดหมายยอดนิยมซึ่งมีไม่กี่ แห่งในไทย เช่น สมุย และเชียงใหม่ก�าลังจะระเบิด จึงอยากหา ‘ทางลัด’ หรือ ‘Short Cut’ ช่วยให้การกระจาย รายได้เห็นผลเร็วขึ้น! แน่นอนว่าไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ ททท. จะท�าได้เพียงล�าพัง ในฐานะที่ผม ดูแลหลายกระทรวง จะพยายามให้เกิดการเกื้อกูลช่วยเหลือ ซึ่งกันและกันมากที่สุด “ผมมองว่าปี 2561 จะเป็นปีที่ส�าคัญมาก หลังจากตลอดปี ที่ผ่านมารัฐบาลได้เริ่มวางพวกโครงสร้างพื้นฐานไว้แล้ว” อย่างเช่น รถไฟไทย-จีน ที่ตอกเสาเข็มไปแล้ว ถือเป็นจุดเริ่มต้น ที่ดีเลยก็ว่าได้ ขณะที่เมกะโปรเจกต์รางคู่ ตัวนี้จะดันให้ได้ เพราะเป็นโครงการที่ส�าคัญที่สุดในด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างการบินไทยกับแอร์บัส ได้ลงนามใน สัญญาความร่วมมือเพื่อประเมินโอกาสทางธุรกิจของโครงการ ศูนย์ซ่อมบ�ารุงอากาศยานอู่ตะเภาเมื่อเดือนธันวาคมปีที่ผ่านมา ก็จะเป็นอีกโครงการที่ช่วยส่งเสริมให้เกิดกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจ ในพื้นที่เขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) THAI HOTELS & TRAVEL

“ปี 2560 ที่ผ่านมาถือเป็นปีที่ประเทศไทยได้ดึงตัวเองขึ้นมา พร้อมปรับฐานเพื่อสร้างอนาคต ท�าให้มั่นใจอย่างมากว่าในปี 2561 จะเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ประเทศไทยได้ทะยาน ยกระดับฐานราก ให้แข็งแรงขึ้นได้จริงๆ” คุณสมคิด กล่าว ส�าหรับหนึ่งในนโยบายส�าคัญ คือ การแก้ไขความยากจนของ ประชากรในประเทศ โดย ‘ท่องเที่ยว’ จะเป็นหนึ่งในเครื่องจักร ที่ช่วยกระจายรายได้จากนักท่องเที่ยวเผื่อแผ่ไปถึงคนในชุมชน สามารถซื้อผลผลิตทางการเกษตรและสินค้าของชุมชนได้ โดยตรง ทั้งนี้ หัวใจส�าคัญหนีไม่พ้นเรื่องของการบริหารงานและยกระดับ ศักยภาพของคนในชุมชนให้พร้อมรองรับและผลิตสินค้าให้ตรง ใจและความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยว แน่นอนว่าทุกหน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนท่องเที่ยวต้องร่วม แรงช่วยกัน เอาความก้าวหน้าของภาคการท่องเที่ยวเดินทางไป ถึงเมืองรอง และลงลึกถึงในระดับชุมชนให้ได้ เพราะจริงๆ แล้วศักยภาพของเมืองรองนั้นมีสูงมาก แต่มันตัน ยังไม่ได้รับ การทะลุทะลวงอย่างที่ควรจะเป็น ระยะหลังๆ ทีด่ ขี นึ้ เพราะได้ ‘สายการบินต้นทุนต�า่ ’ (โลว์คอสต์) เข้าไปช่วยบินสู่เมืองรองมากขึ้น จึงท�าให้หลายๆ เมืองเจริญขึ้น

โดยการจัดอบรมการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความยั่งยืนทางการ ตลาดการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนในครั้งนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Local Strength ซึ่งเป็นการท�างานร่วมกันทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อ สร้างความเข้มแข็งในห่วงโซ่อุปทานและสินค้าพร้อมขาย พัฒนาเรื่อง Creative Tourism ในแหล่งท่องเที่ยว รวมทั้ง สนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการรุ่นใหม่ในธุรกิจบริการและการท่องเที่ยว (Travel Tech & Start-up Business in services) เพื่อส่งเสริม การขายเข้าไปสู่เมืองรอง

ผิดหูผิดตา แต่สิ่งที่อยากเห็นเพิ่มเติม คือ นักท่องเที่ยวเดินทาง จากเมืองรองสู่เมืองรองอื่นๆ โดยรอบอีกที รวมไปถึงการผลักดันให้ ‘รถไฟ’ เป็นตัวน�าด้านการท่องเที่ยว อย่างแท้จริง ด้าน ‘คุณยุทธศักดิ์ สุภสร’ ผู้ว่าการการท่องเที่ยวแห่ง ประเทศไทย (ททท.) กล่าวว่า หลังจากที่คณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) ได้มีมติเห็นชอบมาตรการภาษีเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวใน 55 เมืองรอง โดยสามารถน�าค่าใช้จ่ายจากการท่องเที่ยวในเมือง รองมาคิดเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อลดหย่อนภาษีได้ตามจริงสูงสุด ไม่เกิน 15,000 บาท มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2561 ถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2561 ตามที่ได้ทราบกันแล้วนั้น

“ททท. ต้องเร่งเตรียมความพร้อมในทุกๆ ด้าน ทั้งฝั่งดีมานด์ และซัพพลาย เพื่อรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ก�าลังจะเดินทางเข้าไป สอดรับกับแนวคิดของรัฐบาลที่ต้องการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว และสินค้าเกษตรเป็นหลัก จึงได้ประกาศนโยบายท่องเที่ยวเมือง รอง 55 จังหวัดออกมา”

จากมาตรการภาษีดังกล่าว ททท. ได้ก�าหนดแนวทางด้าน การตลาดเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเมืองรอง โดยกระตุ้นการ ท่องเที่ยวในท้องถิ่น ภายใต้แคมเปญ ‘Amazing Thailand Go Local หรือ เที่ยวท้องถิ่นไทย ชุมชนเติบใหญ่ เมืองไทย เติบโต’ เพื่อกระจายโอกาสในเชิงพื้นที่

โดย ททท. ได้แบ่งการด�าเนินงานในแคมเปญดังกล่าว 7 หัวข้อ ด้วยกัน คือ Enjoy Local, SET in the Local, Local Link, Eat Local, Our Local, Local Heroes และ Local Strength “ทั้งนี้ ททท. ได้จัดอบรมติดอาวุธด้านการตลาดอย่างยั่งยืน ทางการตลาดท่องเที่ยว เมื่อปลายเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ที่ผ่านมา ณ โรงแรม ดิ เอมเมอรัลด์ กรุงเทพฯ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับ ผู้แทนชุมชนท่องเที่ยว 144 คน จาก 72 ชุมชน จากทั่วประเทศ มุ่งเพิ่มศักยภาพและเทคนิคการส่งเสริมการขาย และสร้าง เครือข่ายที่เข้มแข็ง ให้ความรู้และบรรยายโดยผู้บริหารระดับสูง ของ ททท. และสมาคมทางการท่องเที่ยวของไทย ในหัวข้อที่ น่าสนใจส�าหรับชุมชน”

Mr. Somkid said “Tourism industry is like a gigantic umbrella that drives the growth of other industries.”

In addition, the record showed that tourism revenue has gained good dominant up to 20% of overall GDP ratio. Therefore, it requires government and private agencies in tourism and transport jointly make greater expansion to benefit every sector, or this is called the genuine ‘Inclusive Growth’!

For example Thai – China rail that had already put on the foundation piles is considered quite a good start, while dual rail mega project must be pushing forward because this project is the most important in term of economic side.

In addition to collaboration between Thai Airways and Air Bus, both parties had signed MOU to evaluate business opportunity of U-Tapao Aviation Maintenance Center project, held in last December.

This project shall help promoting economic activities in the area of Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

“Last year Thailand got a good recovery as well as adjusted its base to build up the future. This makes me believe this year shall be the right time that Thailand can truly enhance foundation level.” said Mr. Somkid.

One of the key policies is to solve the poverty of people in Thailand, which ‘Tourism’ shall be one of mechanisms to disseminate revenues from tourists to people in communities, and directly buy agricultural and community products.

In addition, the key mechanism must inevitably be the task management and capacity enhancement of people in community so that they can handle and produce products to directly serve the demand of tourists.

This involves both government and private sector in tourism to jointly take advantage of advancement of tourism to really stimulate the travel to secondary cities, and go even deeper down to community level because in fact, the capacity of secondary cities is quite high, but they do not get good penetration as it should be.

However, it seems to get better recently because there is a greater number of low cost airlines flying to secondary cities, which makes many cities gain such a leap growth, but the next step is that tourists start to travel from one secondary city to other secondary cities around it, and tourism sector should push forward and promote the ‘train’ as the genuine tourism conductor.

Mr. Yuthasak Supasorn, Governor of Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) said that the cabinet had agreed on tax scheme to support tourism in 55 secondary cities as tourists can turn in the tourism expenses in secondary cities to deduct the tax in actual amount not exceeding 15,000 baht, being effective from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.

According to this tax scheme, TAT has set marketing guideline to promote tourism in secondary cities by stimulating local tourism under the campaign ‘Amazing Thailand Go Local’ to disseminate spatial and revenue-based opportunity from tourism down to foundation economy.

TAT divides execution approaches under this campaign into 7 topics as Enjoy Local, SET in the Local, Local Link, EAT Local, Our Local, Local Heroes, and Local Strength.

“In addition, TAT had arranged the training to enhance sustainable marketing skill for tourism market at the end of February at The Emerald Hotel Bangkok in order to prepare 144 tourism community representatives from 72 communities across the country, and enhance capacity and technique of sale promotion as well as build up strong network, which the executive board of committees of TAT, and tourism associations gave knowledge and lecture over interesting topics for community.”

This training was considered as the execution under Local Strength topic, which was the joint execution between government and private sectors to strengthen up supply chain, and available products for sale as well as develop Creative Tourism in tourist attraction, and support new generation entrepreneur in hospitality and tourism business (Travel Tech & Start-up Business in services) to promote selling in secondary cities.

“TAT must rush to make preparation in every aspect including both demand and supply sides to take up a large number of tourists traveling into those cities in accordance to the idea of government that wants to mainly promote tourism and agricultural products.

That is why government had released 55 secondary cities tourism policy.”

นอน หรือมีร่องรอยสกปรกบนอาหารและภาชนะ ลูกค้าก็พร้อม จะคอมเมนต์แบบจัดเต็ม และให้พื้นที่ในการสาธยายความไม่ ประทับใจในอกอย่างเต็มที่ แถมพร้อมติดแฮชแท็กชื่อโรงแรมให้ เป็นของก�านัลทั้งที่ไม่ต้องการอีกเสียนี่ นี่แหละ...คือ ‘ชื่อเสียง’ ของโรงแรมที่ต้องบริหารให้ดี ไม่เช่นนั้น อาจเป็น ‘ชื่อเสีย’ โดยไม่รู้ตัวได้! และถึงแม้จะรู้ตัวเร็วแค่ไหน รีวิวหรือคอมเมนต์นั้นก็ติดตา นักท่องเที่ยวคนอื่นๆ ไปเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ชื่อเสียง จึงกลายเป็นเรื่องส�าคัญอย่างยิ่งที่โรงแรมต้องบริหารให้เป็น ค�าว่า ‘บริหารให้เป็น’ นั้น หมายถึง ‘ทันท่วงที’ ไม่ปล่อยให้ล่วง ผ่านไปนานจนเกินไป ปัจจุบันหลายๆ โรงแรมให้ความส�าคัญกับการสื่อสารถึงลูกค้า โดยตรงและเฉพาะเจาะจงเป็นรายบุคคลมากขึ้น เพื่อให้ลูกค้า รู้สึกว่าตัวเองได้รับความส�าคัญ และสามารถรับฟังความ ต้องการเพิ่มเติมอื่นๆ ของลูกค้าได้ นอกเหนือจากการสื่อสาร ข้อมูลโปรโมชั่นโรงแรมเพียงอย่างเดียว

แรกและก�าหนดความคาดหวังแก่ลูกค้าได้ เมื่อมีเครื่องมือ เหล่านี้ในมือแล้ว สิ่งที่ต้องท�าคือการสื่อสารอย่าง ‘ทันท่วงที’ เมื่อผู้เข้าพักมีข้อสงสัยและสอบถามมา เพราะปัจจุบันลูกค้าต้องการค�าตอบแบบทันท่วงที การใช้งาน เครื่องมือสื่อสารเหล่านี้ จะช่วยท�าให้โรงแรมสามารถพูดคุยตอบ ข้อซักถามได้ตลอดเวลา สิ่งส�าคัญคือต้องตอบให้เร็วที่สุดเท่าที่ จะท�าได้ อย่าตอบค�าถามช้าจนเกินไป เพราะลูกค้าอาจหมด ความอดทนได้ง่ายๆ แล้วกาหัวลงบนชื่อโรงแรมคุณ เป็นนัย ไม่อยากกลับมาเข้าพักซ�้า นอกจากนี้ โรงแรมยังสามารถเข้าถึงการแสดงความเห็นจาก ผู้เข้าพักแบบเรียลไทม์แบบส่วนตัว โดยทางโรงแรมได้เห็น กระแสตอบรับในทันทีและสามารถปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้ตรงตาม ความต้องการของลูกค้า และตอบความเห็นจากผู้เข้าพักได้ ทันที ท�าให้สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้เข้าพัก ส่งผลดี ต่อ ‘ชื่อเสียง’ ของโรงแรม และหลังจากลูกค้าเช็กเอาต์ไปแล้ว โรงแรมต้องหมั่นสื่อสาร พูดคุยอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่ต้องระมัดระวังเรื่องความถี่ให้ดี เพื่อไม่ให้ข้อความจากโรงแรมเป็นเรื่องน่าร�าคาญจนเกินไป เมื่อลูกค้าได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีในการเข้าพัก และได้เห็นความ พยายามในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านบริการของโรงแรม ท�าให้ลูกค้า มีแนวโน้มกลับมาจองที่พักในอัตราที่ค่อนข้างสูง

ขณะที่ OTA หลายๆ เจ้าได้พัฒนาเครื่องมือสื่อสารเพื่อเชื่อม ลูกค้าและโรงแรมเข้าหากันได้อย่างสะดวกและเป็นการ ภายในมากขึ้น ถือเป็นอีกช่องทางหนึ่งให้โรงแรมได้เลือกใช้ ในการสร้างประสบการณ์ใหม่ๆ ทั้งการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวให้เข้าพักโรงแรมตัวเอง รวมถึง ตอบสนองความต้องการ เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์การเข้าพัก ที่น่าประทับใจ

ปัจจุบัน OTA หลายๆ เจ้าต่างสนับสนุนให้ลูกค้าเขียนรีวิว หลังการเข้าพัก ดังนั้น เมื่อโรงแรมเห็นรีวิวเกี่ยวกับปัญหาและ ข้อซักถามของลูกค้าหลังการเข้าพัก ควรเข้าไปตอบกลับรีวิว ของลูกค้าทันที เพราะมันจะท�าให้นักท่องเที่ยวรู้สึกอยากจอง โรงแรมนี้ หรือแม้แต่การตอบรับความคิดเห็นด้านลบอย่าง สุภาพ ก็ท�าให้นักท่องเที่ยวเกิดความประทับใจ เพราะอย่างน้อย โรงแรมก็ได้ตระหนักถึงปัญหาข้อนั้นแล้ว

ส่งผลให้ผู้เข้าพักกลับมาจองซ�้าในอนาคต! ดังนั้น โรงแรมต้องเข้าใจพฤติกรรมและความต้องการของ นักท่องเที่ยวทั้ง 4 ขั้นตอนอย่างที่กล่าวมาให้ดี เพราะนี่คือ พื้นฐานส�าคัญใน ‘การรักษาชื่อเสียง’ ของโรงแรม โดยเฉพาะ บนช่องทางออนไลน์ที่ควบคุมได้ยากยิ่ง และขั้นตอนที่อยากให้โรงแรมโฟกัสอย่างมาก คือช่วงเวลา ‘การ เดินทางจริง’ ของนักท่องเที่ยวที่จะได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์เข้า พักในโรงแรมโดยตรง การใช้เครื่องมือสื่อสารภายในกับลูกค้าของโรงแรมเองหรือผ่าน แพลตฟอร์มของ OTA คือค�าตอบที่จะช่วยสร้างความประทับใจ

ที่ส�าคัญ ข้อมูล ‘รีวิวเชิงลบ’ ถือเป็นข้อมูลชั้นดีที่จะช่วยให้ โรงแรมเร่งปรับปรุงการท�างานให้ดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยพัฒนาบริการและศักยภาพของโรงแรมให้ดียิ่งขึ้น และหลังจากนั้น รีวิวเชิงบวกก็จะตามมาเอง

eputation’ management has already become one of major proposition of hotel business across the globe.

Every time tourist makes a travel plan, they tend to search and read review of their checklist hotel to find out its environment, location proximity to tourist attraction as well as bathroom and bedroom condition, facility and service mind of hotel staffs because these are one of the 4 important steps of each trip.

After tourist passes the first step as ‘Thinking and Plan Making’ that they look for travel inspiration in online world especially from social media such as review article, images and video posted by several bloggers on their own blogs, or the blogs in open website, definitely these inspirations, tourist does not only search and read the contents for a day or two, but choose to spend time with it for weeks starting with keying the keyword in the famous search engine website such as Google as well as websites of Online Travel Agents (OTA); which allow tourist to freely write both positive and negative reviews on its own platform.

When tourist makes the choice and chooses the destination to go, hotel content, expectation, and interesting information in proximity area always influence the tourist’s decision making for hotel booking.

Hotel can designate its own content because rather than the demand in the right images and contents related to the destination, and tourist’s dream destination, hotel can convince tourist to stay by showing hotel brand on various mediums especially in online channel, and at the same time, presenting the uniqueness to tourist.

After tourist finishing the search and review consumption, the next step is to compile all information and reach to tourism product booking period. One fact to be aware for hotel is that tourist shall not choose to book the hotel without the review of such hotel, which generally most tourists prefer reading 6 – 12 reviews before deciding to book the room.

Then, the next step is to ‘Travel’ to the planned destination. Earlier tourist may be busy with photo taking and noting in the notebook as the memento, but now everyone uses smartphone, which allows tourist to share their experiences, and relay the journey story over social media via smartphone throughout the trip, and it is a real-time updated story.

The final step is the ‘Post Trip’. Since incurred feeling is still left over in tourist’s memory, this will definitely initiate the post trip review, which definitely the main channel is still the online world and social media. Besides tourist attraction, and food reviews, hotel is one of main topic that tourists never misses to talk about.

If any hotel offers good and impressive services such as beautiful design room, full facility to worth the money, soft and comfort bed, or full set of breakfast beyond expectation, tourist is more than happy to praise them.

On the other hand, if any hotel offers poor and undesirable services such as taking such a long time for check-in, unpleasant smell on pillow and bed, or having unclean mark over food and utensils, customer is ready to recite a negative comment about their disappointment as well as post a #hashtag following by the name of the hotel as an undesirable reward for such hotel.

This is the ‘Reputation’ of hotel that requires good management; otherwise, it will turn into a ‘Bad Reputation’ without being aware of it!

And even though how fast you are aware of those reviews or comments, unfortunately they had already been seeing by other tourists. Therefore, reputation becomes a critical issue that hotel need to know how to handle it well, which this means ‘to immediately take action’, or ‘do not leave it for too long’.

Currently, many hotels are paying attention to the direct communication with customer, and more personalization experience so that customer shall feel important, and hotel can acknowledge other additional needs of customer rather than communicating hotel promotion only.

Moreover, several OTA has developed communicating tools to conveniently and internally link up customer and hotel together, which this is another channel for hotel to choose for creating new experiences i.e. creating inspiration, and attracting tourist to stay in its own hotel as well as responding to the need to create impressive stay experiences so that customer shall come back to book the hotel once again in the future!

Therefore, hotel must understand behavior and need of tourists for all 4 steps because these are the key foundation for ‘Reputation Preservation’ of hotel especially for online channel that is so difficult to control.

And the step for hotel to seriously focus on is the ‘Actual Travel’ time of tourist who shall sense the direct stay experience in hotel.

Using internal communicating tool with hotel’s customer or via the platform of OTA is the answer to create the first impression, and set the level of expectation for customer. When hotel has these tools in hands, what to do is to ‘immediately communicate’ when customer has more inquiries and ask the question about.

This is because customer needs an immediate answer, and by using these communicating tools, it will allow hotel to answer all the questions at all times. What important is that hotel should answer the question as soon as possible because customer may be weary of it so easy, and does not want to stay in such hotel anymore.

Besides, hotel can personally get the real-time access to comment board posted by customer, which hotel will immediately notice the feedback, and can immediately improve the service based on customer’s need, and reply to all customers’ comments. This shall strengthen good relationship with hotel guests, and benefit hotel’s reputation.

And after customer checks out, hotel needs to regularly communicate with customers, but should be aware of frequency so that the messages from hotel shall not be irritating for customer.

When customer receives pleasant stay experience, and sees the effort of hotel to solve service providing problem, there is a high tendency for customer to book the same hotel once again.

Currently, several OTAs convince customer to write review after the stay in hotel. Therefore, when hotel see the review related to problem, and customer’s inquiry after the stay, hotel should immediately reply to the review of customer because it will make customer feel that they want to book this hotel next time, or even politely admit to the negative comment so that tourist may be impress because at least hotel has already realized on such problem.

Therefore, ‘Negative Review’ is considered as the good information that will help hotel to quickly improve its operation and service to gain better performance and efficiency, and positive review will definitely come soon.

เล่าเรื่องราวทางประวัติศาสตร์การก่อสร้างเมืองล�าปาง หรือ เมือง ‘เขลางค์นคร’ ในอดีต เนื่องจากเป็นเมืองโบราณที่มีความ ส�าคัญและอายุเก่าแก่ที่สุดในเขตลุ่มน�้าวัง สิ่งที่เราเห็น เช่น ร่องรอยกระสุนปืนบนรั้วเหล็กล้อมพระธาตุ เกิดจากเหตุการณ์ กอบกู้เอกราชของ ‘หนานทิพย์ช้าง’ หรือพระยาไชยสงคราม เจ้าเมืองล�าปางคนแรก ที่ลอบเข้าไปสังหารท้าวมหายศ แม่ทัพเมียนมา ล้วนบอกเล่าเรื่องในอดีตได้เป็นอย่างดี และถ้าคุณเกิดปีนักษัตรฉลู (ปีวัว) เราต้องขอแสดงความยินดี ด้วย เพราะนี่คือพระธาตุประจ�าปีเกิดที่คุณต้องมาสักการะ สักครั้งหนึ่งในชีวิต

โดยหนึ่งในเรื่องราวที่เราอยากบอกต่อให้คุณรู้ก็คือ แท้จริงแล้ว รถม้าคันแรกของล�าปางนั้น ถูกซื้อมาจากกรุงเทพฯ และอยู่คู่ เมืองล�าปางมานานตั้งแต่สมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 กันเลยทีเดียว ไม่น่าเชื่อเลยว่าความพิเศษของรถม้าล�าปางจะยืนยงมาถึง ปัจจุบันนี้ นั่นเป็นเพราะมีสมาคมรถม้าก่อตั้งมานานกว่า 60 ปี เพื่อร่วมกันอนุรักษ์วิถีการเดินทางเก่าแก่เอาไว้ ท�าให้ล�าปาง เป็นจังหวัดเดียวของประเทศไทย ที่ยังบริการพาหนะชนิดนี้ จนได้รับการขนานนามว่า ‘เมืองรถม้า’ นั่นเอง

อีกจุดที่ห้ามพลาด คือ ‘วัดศรีชุม’ ตั้งอยู่ในอ�าเภอเมืองล�าปาง มีมาตั้งแต่สมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 เรื่องราวของวัดแห่งนี้ เกิดขึ้นจาก คหบดีเมียนมาได้ทูลขออนุญาตเจ้าเมืองล�าปางขอสร้างวัด โดยใช้ช่างจากเมืองมัณฑะเลย์ที่มีฝีมือเป็นเลิศ ปัจจุบันถือเป็น วัดเมียนมาที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย สะท้อนความงามของ สองวัฒนธรรมระหว่างไทยล้านนาและพม่าได้อย่างลงตัวและ มีเอกลักษณ์ยิ่ง

ส�าหรับเส้นทางที่รถม้าพาเราไปทักทายเยี่ยมเยือนสถานที่ต่างๆ จะเน้นท่องไปตามถนนสายเล็กในย่านเมืองเก่า เราตั้งต้นที่ ‘วัด เชียงราย’ ปล่อยให้เสียงกุบกับของเกือกม้ากระทบลงบนถนน น�าทาง ผ่านแลนด์มาร์กส�าคัญของเมืองล�าปางอย่าง ‘หอ นาฬิกา’ สร้างขึ้นเมื่อราวปี 2497-2498 ช่วงจอมพล ป. พิบูล สงคราม เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรี ซึ่งเป็นยุคที่มีการก่อสร้างถาวรวัตถุ ตามแบบอย่างประเทศที่เจริญแล้ว และหอนาฬิกาในสมัยนั้น ถือเป็นวัตถุหนึ่งที่สื่อให้เห็นถึงความเจริญ และยังเป็นประโยชน์ แก่ผู้คนในช่วงที่ยังไม่มีนาฬิกาใช้อย่างแพร่หลายอีกด้วย

หลังจากชื่นชมความงดงามและเข้มขลังของวัดพระธาตุล�าปาง หลวงและวัดศรีชุมแล้ว เราขอแนะน�าให้คุณตีรถกลับเข้าไป ในตัวอ�าเภอเมืองล�าปางกันต่อ เพื่อนั่ง ‘รถม้าโบราณ’

The first highly recommended destination to visit is ‘Wat Phra That Lampang Luang Temple’ because this is main highlight of Lampang. This temple depicts historical story when building up the city of Lampang or earlier called ‘Kelangnakorn’ City. Since Lampang is the oldest city in Wang River area, and considered as a historical landmark of Thailand, we may notice some traces of bullets over metal fence surrounding Phra That (Buddha’s relics) caused by the salvation incident of ‘Nan Tip Chang’, or Phaya Chaiya Songkhram; the first ruler of Lampang city who assassinated Tao Mahayos; Myanmar commander in chief.

Another site not to miss is ‘Wat Sri Chum temple’; located in city of Lampang built in the reign of H.M.

King Rama V. The story of this temple took place when the wealthy person from Myanmar granted permission from the ruler of Lampang to build the temple with skillful technicians from Mandalay.

Currently, this is considered the biggest Myanmar temple in Thailand that reflects the harmonious and unique beauty of two cultures between Thai Lanna and Myanmar.

After witnessing the beauty and magical power of Wat Phra That Lampang Luang, and Wat Sri Chum, we would like to recommend getting back in the city of Lampang to take ‘ancient horse carriage’.

One of the stories we would like to tell is that in fact, the first horse carriage of Lampang was bought from Bangkok, and remained in Lampang city since the reign of H.M. King Rama V. It is unbelievable that the distinction of Lampang horse carriage still lives on up until now. This is because the city founded Horse Carriage Association over 60 years ago in order to maintain the old transporting tradition, which made Lampang become the only province in Thailand offering this kind of transporting vehicle, and derived the name ‘City of Horse Carriage’.

In addition to the horse carriage’s trekking route, it will trek along the small streets in old town area starting at ‘Wat Chiang Rai temple’. countries, and clock tower in that time period was considered as an object that implied the prosperity, and benefited people by the time the clock was not broadly used.

Passenger can witness contemporary houses and major sites along the river flowing through the heart of the city, and lifestyle of the local people by sitting and chilling on the horse carriage.

If it is possible, we recommend visitor to take the horse carriage in the late afternoon because rather than the cool down weather, visitor can witness the sunset sky, while the horse carriage is trekking cross Kelangnakorn Bridge toward Ta Ma O community area, which is so full of the old wooden houses.

This area locates the famous ‘Luis T. Leonowens House’, which is the office building of Luis T. Leonowens Company presumed to build in 1893 by the owner Luis (the son of Madam Anna Harriet Leonowens whom was an English instructor for princes and princesses of H.M. King Rama IV), who operated teak wood business and other commerce in Lampang. This building features 2-story Thai common house without the gable, and the side of the house feature hexagon shape porch built with combination of wood and cement, and opening and ventilating gaps are all adorned with wooden scales, which this is a good demonstration of Lampang’s architecture in wood trading era.

For those who want to rent bicycle for sightseeing the old town, Lampang Municipality provides bicycles for visitor to borrow for one day with no charge. The site you should take a close look is ‘Wat Pratu Pong temple’, locates on the east side of Wang river, which is praised as one of the major site of Lampang since its monastery was built no less than a hundred years. ในยุคสมัยนี้ทุกคนต่างก็ทราบกันดีว่าหากเราอยากทราบข้อมูล อันใด การเข้าไปป้อนค�าถามหรือค�าสืบค้น (Keyword) ใน Google.com ก็มักจะได้รับค�าตอบที่น่าพอใจเสียเป็นส่วนใหญ่ อาจมีบ้างที่จะต้องใช้ค�าสืบค้นที่แตกต่างออกไปหากการสืบค้น นั้นยังให้ค�าตอบที่ไม่กระจ่างนัก อันที่จริงแล้วเว็บไซต์ผู้ให้ บริการสืบค้นข้อมูลบนอินเทอร์เน็ต (Search Engine) ไม่ได้มี แต่เพียง Google.com แห่งเดียวเท่านั้น แต่ยังมี Search Engine เจ้าอื่นๆ ที่มีความสามารถใกล้เคียงกัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Bing.com (จาก Microsoft), Duckduckgo.com, Yahoo. com, Baidu.com, Quora.com, Ask.com หรือ Dogpile. com เป็นต้น และเว็บไซต์ผู้ให้บริการสืบค้นข้อมูลเหล่านี้ก็ยัง ได้รับความนิยมจากผู้ใช้งานในต่างประเทศอีกด้วย อย่างไรก็ตาม ส�าหรับคนไทยแล้ว Google.com ก็น่าจะยัง คงเป็น Search Engine ที่ครองใจมหาชนไปอีกนานเท่านาน ข้อมูลล่าสุดจาก http://www.internetlivestats.com/ google-search-statistics/ พบว่าทั่วโลกได้ใช้บริการการสืบค้น

จาก Google.com ราว 3.5 พันล้านครั้งต่อวันเลยทีเดียว ซึ่งเมื่อน�าไปเทียบกับคู่แข่งเจ้าอื่นแล้วก็จะเห็นได้ว่าปริมาณ การใช้ Google.com นั้นทิ้งห่างไปไกลมาก ค�าถามก็คือ ในเมื่อคนส่วนใหญ่เลือกใช้บริการสืบค้นข้อมูลจาก Google.com แล้ว ท�าอย่างไรข้อมูลธุรกิจหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ ของเราจึงจะสามารถเห็นได้โดยง่ายหรือโดยทันทีเมื่อลูกค้า ค้นหา หรือท�าอย่างไรให้ข้อมูลที่แสดงในหน้าผลการสืบค้น สามารถสร้างความน่าสนใจและให้ข้อมูลแก่ผู้สืบค้นได้ มากที่สุดก่อนที่จะคลิกลิงก์ต่อไปยังหน้าเว็บไซต์ของเรา ซึ่งเมื่อก่อนนั้นถือเป็นเรื่องที่ค่อนข้างยากและต้องมีค่าใช้จ่าย ที่สูง โดยเฉพาะเจ้าของกิจการที่มีเว็บไซต์เป็นของตนเอง เนื่องจากต้องว่าจ้างผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรือโปรแกรมเมอร์ท�าการ ปรับเว็บไซต์ให้ Google.com ค้นหาได้ง่าย ซึ่งกระบวนการนี้ เรียกกันโดยทั่วไปว่า Search Engine Optimization หรือ SEO นั่นเอง Google My Business เป็นเครื่องมือฟรีจาก Google.com ที่ใช้งานง่าย เจ้าของธุรกิจสามารถน�าเสนอข้อมูลธุรกิจหรือ องค์กรของตนไปสู่หน้าแรกของการค้นหาใน Google.com ได้ ที่น่าสนใจก็คือ Google My Business ยังพ่วงเอา Google Maps ซึ่งเป็นบริการแผนที่ออนไลน์เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในข้อมูล ของเรา แน่นอนว่านอกจาก Google My Business จะให้ข้อมูล กิจการของเราแล้วยังสามารถน�าพาลูกค้าหรือบอกเส้นทาง มายังกิจการของเราได้โดยง่ายอีกด้วย แต่สิ่งที่ส�าคัญกว่านั้น ก็คือธุรกิจของเราจะได้รับการยืนยันความถูกต้องถึงการมีตัวตน

urrently, everyone knows for whatever we ever want to know, we can come up with satisfied answer most of the times by keying in question or searching with the Keyword in Google.com. However, once in a while we may need to key in other different keyword, when such prior search gives obscure answer. In fact, there are several Search Engine websites over the internet with similar performance rather than Google.com such as Bing.com (from Microsoft), Duckduckgo.com, Yahoo.com, Baidu.com, Quora. com, Ask.com or Dogpile.com, etc, which these Search Engine websites seem to be popular among international users as well. However, Google.com

According to the recent data from http://www. internetlivestats.com/google-search-statistics/, it founded that the users used searching service from Google.com across the globe approximately 3.5 billion times per day. When making comparison to other competitors, we could see the using volume of Google.com was much greater than other websites. The question is when most users chose to search information from Google.com, what we could do to make our business or product to easily or immediately be seen when customer does the search, or how we could do to manipulate the displayed information in search result page to be interesting and provide as much as information to users before clicking link to our webpage. Earlier, these seemed to be quite difficult, and the cost was too high especially for business owner who had its own website since they needed to hire expert or programmer to make website easy to find by Google.com, which this process was generally called ‘Search Engine Optimization or SEO. In addition, Google My Business is a free tool from Google.com that is easy to use, and business owner can simply present business or organization information on the first page of the search in Google.com. What interesting is that Google My Business appends Google Maps (online map service) as the part of our information.

Therefore, rather than providing our business information, Google My Business can easily navigate customers to our business. More importantly, our business can be approved for our existence over the internet, while we can have space to communicate with both old and new customers through Google My Business. Good news is that it

is not necessary for business owner to have its own website because Google My Business has a tool to create website for free, therefore, what we have to do is to prepare important information related to our business only.

Business owner who are interested to use Google My Business service may directly apply for the service at https://www.google.co.th/business/. In addition, important information to be prepared at hand includes as follows 1. Email address – it would be best to use email with domain name @gmail.com because Google My Business and Gmail are the services of Google, or if entrepreneur needs to use email with company domain name (@company’s website name), it requires to apply for Google G Suite service first, which entrepreneur needs to pay monthly fee for this service though.

2. Business or product information – entrepreneur needs to prepare correct and complete information including product description, service, product, etc. that shall benefit customers. Other information should include business site information, contact telephone number, email address, facebook, twitter, or other contact channels that can easily be reached to. However, for business site information, Google My Business has already prepared Google Maps tool for introducing customers the way to our business site, which it only requires business owner to key in correct and complete information to the system.

3. Illustrated images – image is considered as an important element that business owner should pay attention to since one image worth million words.

You will be better off, if you have beautiful image of your product or services, and clearly communicate its messages.

This shall cause even more convenience, while business owner can immediately present highlight information even though they do not have their own website. “เราอยากสร้างความตระหนักรู้ให้คนกลับมาฉุกคิดและหันมา ใส่ใจกระบวนการบริโภคอย่างรับผิดชอบ ท�าให้งานนี้ได้เกิดการ พูดคุยที่ครอบคลุมทุกแง่มุมของการบริโภค ตั้งแต่สิ่งแวดล้อม ของวัตถุดิบ เทคนิคการท�าเกษตรกรรมและการประมงแบบ ยั่งยืน การใช้วัตถุดิบและผลิตผลในท้องถิ่น ไปจนถึงการจัดการ กับขยะจากทุกกิจกรรม เพื่อให้ได้ใช้ประโยชน์ของทรัพยากร นั้นๆ อย่างสูงสุด” ‘คุณลิซ่า ไทเลอร์’ นักเขียนและเกษตรกร เล่าว่า ทุกๆ ปีจะมี การผลิตพลาสติกกว่า 400 ล้านตัน โดยสัดส่วน 40% ผู้บริโภค อย่างเราใช้เพียงแค่ครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น แต่ในจ�านวนพลาสติก เหล่านี้กลับผ่านกระบวนการผลิตแบบไม่สามารถย่อยสลายได้ โดยใช้เวลาในการผลิตเพียงแค่ 20 วินาทีต่อชิ้น ขณะที่ผู้บริโภค มีการใช้งานแค่ 1 นาทีเท่านั้น แต่ใช้เวลายาวนานถึง 400 ปี หรือ 5 ชั่วอายุคนในการย่อยสลาย “อีกข้อมูลที่น่ากังวล คือ ปัจจุบัน 1 ใน 3 ของอาหารมีการน�า ไปใช้อย่างสูญเปล่า” นอกจากนี้ อาหารและวัตถุดิบหลายๆ ชนิดยังถูกทิ้งเป็นขยะ เพียงเพราะหน้าตาไม่สวยและไม่ได้มาตรฐานในการจ�าหน่าย

โดยในทุกๆ ปี ปริมาณอาหารที่ต้องทิ้งจากทั่วโลกมีพื้นที่คิด เป็นถึง 2 เท่าของประเทศไทย ดังนั้น ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับปัญหานี้ มากที่สุดซึ่งอยู่ในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยว บริการ และ อาหาร ต้องเร่งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการอาหาร เหลือมากกว่านี้ ‘คุณศิรเดช โทณวณิก’ ผู้อ�านวยการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจและ การลงทุน ดุสิต อินเตอร์เนชันแนล กล่าวว่า หากให้ ประเมินปริมาณการผลิตขยะจากอาหารของโรงแรม 5 ดาว ที่มีห้องประชุมหรือบอลรูมขนาดใหญ่ และห้องอาหารอีก 4-5 ร้าน ปัจจุบันอยู่ที่ประมาณ 400-500 กิโลกรัมต่อวันต่อ โรงแรม “เนื่องจากไทยเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวที่ได้รับความนิยมจาก นักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ ซึ่งมีจ�านวนมากถึง 35-37 ล้านคน ต่อปี เมื่อประชากรจากทั่วทุกมุมโลกเดินทางมาบ้านเรา แน่นอนว่าย่อมเกิดการสร้าง Food Waste จ�านวนมาก ในบ้านเราด้วย” ดังนั้น สิ่งส�าคัญที่โรงแรมสามารถท�าได้ คือ การก�าหนด นโยบายเพื่อให้ผู้บริหารและพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการน�าไปใช้ ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการท�างานที่ต้องใส่ใจและลงรายละเอียดว่า อาหารเหลือที่มีอยู่นั้น เราสามารถน�าไปท�าอะไรต่อได้บ้าง เช่น อย่างที่เครือดุสิตฯ ก�าลังท�า คือ การน�ามาผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ได้ใน 24 ชั่วโมง โดยอาจเอาไปให้ชาวนาใช้ปลูกพืช หรือน�าไปใช้ ประโยชน์ในโครงการด้าน CSR ต่อไป “เรื่องความยั่งยืนถือเป็นสิ่งที่เราต้องท�าและเอามาใส่ใน โปรแกรมการท�างานในทุกๆ วันของโรงแรม” เพราะนอกจากจะช่วยลดต้นทุนของโรงแรมแล้ว ยังช่วยรักษา สิ่งแวดล้อมได้มากอีกด้วย!

e} Food Forum was one of interesting events that realized on the advantage by opening the space for chatting, debating, and sharing food stories from various perspectives, not being restricted to just food cooking and eating, but this event looked back to the food production system of Thailand and neighbor countries in South East Asia. {Re} Food Forum was held for the first time in Asia between 19 – 20 March 2018 at Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel Bangkok, which invited many chefs, agricultures, scientists, and food historians as well as new blood businessmen from all over the world who care for society, culture and environment toward the sustainability related to food and people’s lifestyles throughout the food chain.

Besides, several kinds of foods and raw materials are dumped as the waste just because they do not look good, and reach selling standard.

Every year the amount of foods to be dumped across the globe is considered 2 times bigger than Thailand. Therefore, all people related to this problem the most, which are in the group of tourism, hospitality and food industries must rush to enhance leftover food management efficiency.

‘Mr. Siradech Tonawanik’, Director in Business Development and Investment Division, Dusit International said that now the amount of waste production from food of 5-star hotels that have big size conference room or ballroom, and 4 – 5 restaurants is approximately 400 – 500 kilograms per day per hotel.

“Since Thailand is a tourist country that is so popular among foreign tourists who travel to Thailand as high as 35 – 37 million tourists per year. When people across the globe travel to Thailand, this definitely initiates a large amount of food wastes in Thailand as well.”

‘Ms. Beau – Duangporn Srongwissawa’, Chef from ‘Bo-Lan’ Thai Restaurant said that after mingling in food field for a long time, she founded that there was a lot of ‘Food Wastes’ from production and transporting systems so she tried to find the way to create sustainability by using the local food consuming as well as efficiently disposing food waste, and initiating new products that were good for environment.

Therefore, what hotel can do is to designate the policy for executives and operational staffs to observe starting with the work process, and considering what we can do with the leftover foods. For example Dusit International is using leftover foods to produce organic fertilizers within 24 hours, which these fertilizers can be given away to farmers, or further utilize in CSR project of organization.

“We want to raise people’s awareness so that they will think and pay attention to responsible consumption. That was why this event initiated wide-coverage discussion over all aspects of consumption starting from environment of raw material, agricultural techniques, sustainable fishery, raw material using and local products as well as waste disposal from every activity for optimum resource utilization.”

“Sustainability is considered what we have to do, and put it into the work basis of hotel.”

This is because rather than reducing hotel’s management cost, this can greatly help saving environment!

คุณกวิน ให้เหตุผลหลายประการ อาทิ โรงแรมขนาดกลางและเล็กที่จะเกิดขึ้นทั่วประเทศหลายพันห้อง ร้านอาหาร (Fine Dining) ภัตตาคาร Food Chain ร้านกาแฟ เบเกอรี่ ไอศกรีม ที่จะขยายเพิ่มสาขาอีกจ�านวนมาก เพื่อรองรับ นักท่องเที่ยวจากต่างประเทศกว่า 35 ล้านคน คนไทยที่พักผ่อนต่างจังหวัดมากขึ้น การบริโภคอาหาร และล่าสุด ความนิยมของอาหารไทยไปทั่วโลก ท�าให้นักท่องเที่ยวหลั่งไหลมาเพื่อลิ้มลองอาหารไทย ด้วยเหตุผลดังกล่าว ท�าให้ กว่า 70% ของผู้แสดงปีที่ผ่านมาเกิดความมั่นใจ ยืนยันกลับมาร่วมงาน TRAFS 2018 ปีที่ 12” กรรมการผู้จัดการกล่าว ส�าหรับงาน TRAFS หรือ Thailand’s No.1 International Show on Food / Drinks Equipment and Supplies For Hotels and Hospitality เป็นงานแสดงนานาชาติ อุปกรณ์ ของใช้ วัตถุดิบ อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม ส�าหรับโรงแรม Hospitality และ Food Service ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศ ที่จัดขึ้นเป็นปีที่ 12 จะมีขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 12 - 15 กรกฎาคมนี้ ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา ภายใต้สโลแกน “One Stop Hotel / Food Service Solutions” คาดว่า ในปีนี้จะมีผู้แสดงจากต่างประเทศจะเข้ามาร่วมงานเป็นจ�านวนมาก เพราะมองเห็นศักยภาพของไทย รวมไปถึง ความเป็นศูนย์กลาง (HUB) ของกลุ่มประเทศ CLMV (กัมพูชา, ลาว, เมียนมาร์, เวียดนาม) ที่มีประชากรรวมอีกราว 200 ล้านคน ซึ่งถือเป็นตลาดที่ใหญ่มากในการขยายตลาดและเพิ่มยอดขาย
