As the lead business organization and voice for the Greeley Area, the Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce has served the business community for over 100 years, representing over 700 investors. Founded on principles of business survival, we continue to make an even stronger impact today. LEADERSHIP WELD COUNTY

Leadership Weld County (LWC) is an immersive program for emerging leaders. Programming focuses on learning about individual leadership behaviors through the utilization of the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). In addition participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the community and region they live in. Class sessions cover topics including: Healthcare, Economic Development, Public Safety, Education, Energy and Transportation through classroom and tour-based instruction. For over 38 years, LWC has been committed to ensuring the continuation of knowledgeable and effective leaders in Greeley and Weld County and has produced over 1,000 alumni for the Greeley Area.

LEADERSHIP NORTHERN COLORADO

Leadership Northern Colorado (LNC) is a joint initiative of the Greeley, Fort Collins and Loveland Chambers of Commerce; the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado and the Community Foundation serving Greeley and Weld County. LNC is six month program with classroom and tourbased instruction that focuses on: Public Governance, Land Use & Infrastrcture, Education & Workforce, Economic Development, and Regional Leadership. Individuals who are leaders within their own organizations, and who desire to make a long-term impact in the region, should apply. Please email hello@greeleychamber.com for more information.

POLICY COMMITTEE

The Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce will continue its critical role as the primary business convenor and advocate for Greeley’s business growth. We will serve as an important unified voice on issues for the betterment of community as the intersection between government and business. We do this through advocacy; by engaging on issues important to business in our region. Our advocacy efforts deliver significant return to our investors and stakeholders. The mission of the Policy Committee is to provide guidance and recommendations to Chamber CEO and board leadership on policy issues that may come before them and present both challenges and opportunities for the business environment in our city and region. The Policy Committee also serves to educate and promote positions of the Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce to its stakeholders, investors, and the community at large.

The Community Council on Education (CCE) implements work around the Greeley Area’s educational system that fosters economic opportunity.
