LEADERSHIP WELD COUNTY

Leadership Weld County (LWC) is an immersive program for emerging leaders. Programming focuses on learning about individual leadership behaviors through the utilization of the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). In addition participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the community and region they live in. Class sessions cover topics including: Healthcare, Economic Development, Public Safety, Education, Energy and Transportation through classroom and tour-based instruction. For over 38 years, LWC has been committed to ensuring the continuation of knowledgeable and effective leaders in Greeley and Weld County and has produced over 1,000 alumni for the Greeley Area.

*Application process is competitive and class is capped.

GENERAL INFO:

• Class sessions can last anywhere from 7-9 hours, please plan for a full day session

• LWC is scheduled from August through May

• Tuition covers all meals and class materials

• $700 Chamber Investors

• $800 Non-Investors

Leadership Northern Colorado

Leadership Northern Colorado (LNC) is a joint initiative of the Greeley, Fort Collins and Loveland Chambers of Commerce; the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado and the Community Foundation serving Greeley and Weld County. LNC is six month program with classroom and tourbased instruction that focuses on: Public Governance, Land Use & Infrastrcture, Education & Workforce, Economic Development, and Regional Leadership.
