The Greeley Leads Group grows strong business relationships that result in cultivating referrals for your company. As relationships develop, collaborations are created, business acumen is developed, and business growth is experienced. Anyone is eligible to participate and it’s included in your investment. Participants are encouraged to attend consistently to build trust and engagement with the group. Inquire for scheduled meetings or visit the Chamber calendar.

Ambassadors

This group of volunteers serves as the Chamber’s welcome committee and support team. They encourage communication and Chamber participation by engaging investors, inviting them to get involved in Chamber programs.

Ambassadors also welcome guests at Chamber events and provide support to the Chamber in investor development. They meet monthly just prior to Business After Hours.

Workforce Opportunity Initiative

This initiative was created as a public-private collaboration that will remove barriers for employers, grow our labor force and create a healthy business ecosystem.

Areas of Focus:

Create a Young Professionals Network to grow future leaders and create local and regional presence

• Strengthen and build a Young Professionals group and awareness of local leadership opportunities.

• Enable young leaders to shape local institutions, give foresight and lead.

• Grow future leaders for Greeley and enhance civic engagement.

• Create a digital platform to connect young professionals to resources.

Promote the Greeley, Weld and Northern Colorado region to external audiences as an excellent place

• Create a new digital platform for the Chamber that connects the Greeley Area to talent and industry.

• Promote Greeley’s assets through branding and content to relevant talent markets.

• Spotlight business and industry careers in the area.

• Develop and support existing programs that drive talent engagement.

Remove barriers in the workforce ecosystem that impact success

• Convene meetings that further workforce goals and connect business partners .

• Assist businesses growing skill development, education and talent pipelines.

• Promote other partnerships connecting business to agencies that serve people and build careers.

• Support businesses by participating in local internship opportunities.

Connect people and programs with the business community and grow talent pipeline

• Advocate for a competitive and business friendly eco-system for employers on the region.

• Create legislative solutions proactively through NCLA regional partnerships and partner with legislators to champion those solutions and address issues.

• Align with local partners in forming a coalition advocating for positive workforce development.

• Identify long and short-term needs for business community partners.
