Grove City with Mini Mama roaming Roaming

The bison herd at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park have often inspired visitors and artists of all kinds to snap photos, write stories, and create art. One of these artists is local Isolina Herrera, who moved to the Grove City area from Venezuela to be closer to her family. When the team from Visit Grove City learned that Isolina handcrafts stuffed animals, they asked her to create some adorable plushie bison, each with their own splash of personality.

Visit Grove City’s very own mascot!

One of these bison became our very own Mini Mama, who is named after the matriarch of the real bison herd, Big Mama. Mini Mama loves to adventure around Grove City and invites you to join her herd. Pick up your own plushie bison at Grove City Guide + Gear, and tag your adventures on Instagram or Facebook with #RoamingGroveCity and #AltogetherAdventure.
