Founded in 1966, the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce has served the Southern Hillsborough County area for 57 years, working together with local businesses to drive economic development and community involvement for a vibrant and prosperous future. In 2024, in an effort to better reflect the members of the Chamber and the area it serves, the Chamber changed its name to the Central Hillsborough County Chamber of Commerce.
The Central Hillsborough County Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary partnership of businesses, professionals, and citizens working together to build a healthy economy and improve the quality of life in its community.

Not only are Ribbon Cuttings a fun celebration of a significant event or milestone, they also create GREAT networking and advertising opportunities.
Monthly Membership Meeting typically occurring on the 4th Tuesday of each month.
Networking and food service from 11:15/11:30 AM until noon. Meeting officially begins at noon. Seating is limited, therefore registration with payment is required in advance to guarantee seating.
Ambassadors are highly visible, prestigious volunteers who serve as the Chamber's primary liaison to Chamber members. Considered the goodwill arm of the Chamber, the Ambassador Team plays an essential role in member recruitment, communication, and retention.
LEAD is designed to help individuals improve their leadership skills, build their network, and advance their careers/businesses. This group is open to GRCC business owners and professionals at all levels from all industries who are passionate about developing their leadership potential.
The Central Hillsborough County Communication Committee is tasked with developing and implementing effective communication strategies to facilitate internal and external communication processes.
The Central Hillsborough County Economic Development Committee is a specialized group established with the primary goal of fostering economic growth, prosperity, and sustainability.
The Central Hillsborough County Chamber of Commerce Education Committee focuses on addressing educational needs, promoting workforce development, and supporting educational initiatives within the local community.
The Central Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce Events Committee is a dedicated group responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events and activities to promote business networking, community engagement, and economic development within the Chamber.
The Central Hillsborough County Chamber of Commerce Finance Committee is a specialized group responsible for overseeing financial matters, providing financial oversight, and ensuring sound fiscal management practices.
The Central Hillsborough County Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee will oversee membership recruitment, retention, engagement, and satisfaction. The committee plays a crucial role in attracting new members, retaining existing members, and enhancing the overall membership experience.
The Central Hillsborough County Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee is focused on engaging with government entities to shape public policy and advocate for the Chamber and its members' interests.

Completely fill out your company information. This information is what will be seen by consumers searching our Business Directory, so don’t forget your business hours, directions, and full contact information.
If you are an Enhanced or higher Investor, be sure to take advantage of uploading photos! This is YOUR admake the most of it!
Include your staff in the membership
- add them as reps. The Chamber offers a variety of opportunities that will benefit employees throughout your organization.
Get an in depth look at all of the opportunities available to you as a Chamber Member.
Consider joining a committee, volunteer, and attend networking meetings, luncheons, and Ribbon Cuttings to become more plugged in.
Use the Chamber’s Marketing Tools Display your business cards in our Chamber display case at the CHCC office. Be sure to keep this supplied so that your cards can be shared with the many visitors at the Chamber office.
