Admission: Free Admission for Guests (pre-registration encouraged, but not required)
Parking: There is lots of free parking on-site at the Conference Centre (more information on page 5)
This is the 21st Annual Business Expo. The show features outstanding food vendors, fun and interactive booths, and outstanding networking opportunities for job hunters, entrepreneurs, and businesses alike.
We will be welcoming nearly 200 exhibitors representing business from across the Region including Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, and the surrounding areas Annually, we have over 1,000 attendees who visit this one-day expo to learn more about local products and services available to them, and to make new business connections
The event is a joint partnership between the Cambridge Guelph and Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamb Who organizes it?
The event organizers do not allow soliciting at the show. Only paid exhibitors are permitted to promote their business during the expo (mutually beneficial networking is encouraged). Anyone not abiding by this rule may be asked to leave the event by organizers.
Exhibitors in Marshall Hall can begin set-up at 10:00AM on the event date. Exhibitors in the Ballroom can begin set-up at 11:00AM on the event date. Please use the load-in doors at the back of the building (NO loading in from the front). We will be highlighting which exhibitors are currently recruiting/hiring for a role the day of the expo. Interested in finding a new position? Take a look at the list of exhibitors and look out for those marked with a * . This will show you which exhibitors are currently recruiting.
When you arrive, make sure to check in at the Help Desk to receive your 2025 Business Expo Passport. Once you have completed it (make sure to include your name & email address), bring it back to the Help Desk before you leave, for your chance to win a door prize generously donated by our Title Sponsor Conestoga College Institue of Technology & Advanced Learning.

Once you have unloaded through the back doors only of either room, please park your vehicle in the designated vendor parking zone furthest away from the building to allow attendees easy access to the parking.
To ensure smooth traffic flow and easy access for all guests, we encourage you to park in the designated zone based on your arrival time.
Zone A: 2:00PM-3:30PM
Zone B: 3:30PM-5:00PM
Zone C: 5:00PM-7:00PM
Reserved Parking
Parking in the reserved space is strictly for event attendees with a valid parking ticket displayed. If you do not have a valid parking ticket, please park in Zones A,B, C, or in overflow parking

What should I bring with me?
Although some vendors may be handing them out, it's often a good idea to bring a bag with you as you'll collect lots of information and samples We also recommend bringing business cards to easily enter contests or to give exhibitors a more efficient way to connect with you if you're looking for a follow-up.
Are food & drinks available for sale?
We are excited to have 10 different food & beverage booths at the expo, each giving out complimentary food & drink samples. No additional food is available for purchase, but these vendors will keep you fueled!
Is there a place to leave my coat?
Yes! We have complimentary coat check available on-site located just outside the Ballroom
How do I register for the event?
Exhibitor booths are sold out... but you can register to attend (for free) with your local chamber online. Registration is optional but recommended, and you are free to drop in and out of the event as you please!

If you are looking for assistance during the event, you can visit our help desk at the main entrance of the conference centre beside the Bingemans' reception desk (halfway between Marshall Hall & the Ballroom).
