Bringing Joy to All Occasions Mission Statement: Rina Banquet Hall strives to create joyful, lasting memories of the events that take place at our banquet hall. With dedicated employees distinguished in their fields, Rina provides phenomenal food and service to its customers. We not only bring joy to our events, but we spread joy throughout the community by giving our unused food to our local homeless shelters, such as Compass Housing Alliance and Sacred Heart Shelter.

CHEF EUGENE LEBLANC
As the Executive Chef of Rina Banquet Hall, Leblanc has made it his effort to bring savor and success to each event. His signature favorite is the GingerGlazed Grilled Mahi-Mahi, which he grills with utter perfection and tops off with the right amount of sweet mango salsa that leaves guests wanting more. He started off his career at Le Cordon Bleu, one of the world’s leading culinary art institutes. But his career didn’t stop there - Leblanc has spent his time in the kitchens of some of the most exclusive resorts in the United States, including the Four Seasons Resort in Whistler, The Ritz-Carlton at Lake Tahoe, and the Glenmere Mansion in New York. Outside the kitchen, Leblanc enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, hiking, and fishing.

CHEF ESMERALDA ESPINOSA
As the Sous Chef of Rina Banquet Hall, Espinosa assists LeBlanc in ensuring that each plate is presentable and savory for each guest. Her signature favorite is the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. At a young age, she found a love for cooking. For every holiday or family gathering, Espinosa would be in the kitchen assisting in any way she could. She decided to pursue her passion at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, one of the best culinary schools in the United States. In addition, she has won several cooking contests, including the Wild Wings Cafe Battle of the Bones and the Food Network Magazine Recipe Contest. Outside the kitchen, Espinosa can be found gardening, traveling, or enjoying the day at the beach. 7
