Fifteen years ago - at a time when 100% branchless banking still seemed unimaginable - Gránit Bank became the rst in Hungary to embrace a fully digital business model. Time has proven us right.

From its green eld inception, Gránit Bank has grown to become Hungary’s 8th largest bank, achieving pro tability from its fourth year of operation. Year after year, we have introduced market-leading, unique innovations, many of which have earned us a pioneering position at the European or even global level.

Since the end of 2024, Gránit Bank’s shares have been listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange, while we have also taken our rst steps toward international expansion by entering the Romanian market through cross-border services.

As part of last year’s IPO, Gránit Bank made history by completing the largest capital increase combined with a public share o ering in the past 25 years. Since 2016, Gránit Bank has been the only bank in the region to raise fresh capital as part of its stock exchange listing, rather than solely selling existing shares.

LISTED ON THE BUDAPEST STOCK EXCHANGE

As part of last year’s IPO, Gránit Bank made history by completing the largest capital increase combined with a public share o ering in the past 25 years.

The o ering, with a minimum issuance value of HUF 7 billion, was oversubscribed by more than three times.

Uniquely in Hungary, shares could also be subscribed through mobile application.

The shares were listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange in the Standard category on December 23, 2024.

As of April 1, 2025, the shares were included in both the BUX and BUMIX indices.

6. ESG VALUES SUSTAINABILITY IN GRÁNIT BANK'S OPERATIONS ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT In 2024, the Bank's ecological footprint was negligible:

‣ 1,123 tonnes of CO2 emissions were avoided ‣ 1,473 tonnes A4 sheets of paper were saved ‣ 15 thousand trees were saved ‣ The sta are involved in the community planting of hundreds of saplings every year in partnership with the 10 Million Trees Foundation

ECOLOGICAL MINDSET The Bank also promotes ecological thinking among its customers and young people:

‣ Through the Eco Calculator, 15 thousand trees have been planted by customers ‣ Gránit Bank’s embossed and engraved bank card have been renewed not only in appearance but also in composition: they are now produced using recycled, environmentally friendly plastic, just like PIN cards. In line with the bank’s commitment to sustainability, even the accompanying letters and envelopes are made from recycled paper.

CARBON NEUTRAL OPERATION Gránit Bank is carbon neutral:

‣ Since 2020, it has o set its Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO2 emissions through a orestation projects to using Gold Standard certi ed carbon credits.

DONATION In 2024, the Bank provided extraordinary nancial support of HUF 5 million to the Hungarian Interchurch Aid, assisting victims of severe ooding and supporting the organization's disaster-relief e orts. For years, employee donations have supported the "Biztos Kezdet" (Sure Start) Children's Home in Kaposvár. The Bank’s "Ott vagyunk Neked" ("We're There for You") initiative launched in 2024, along with its "Digitális Tallér" (Digital Token) program, aims to sustainably improve the quality of life of children and adults living in deep poverty by enhancing their digital and nancial literacy.

SUPPORTING SPORT Under a multi-year framework agreement, Gránit Bank sponsors athletes and mass sporting events organized by the Hungarian Canoe Federation, renewing this agreement once again in 2024. The Bank is also a key supporter of the Hungarian Water Polo Federation, with the Bank’s Chairperson and CEO serving as the Federation’s Honorary President. Furthermore, Gránit Bank supported the inaugural Gránit Bank University Regatta.

PATRONAGE OF ART For over ten years, the Bank has been a principal sponsor of prominent exhibitions at the Museum of Fine Arts, Budapest. In 2024, its support enabled the museum’s rst comprehensive exhibition of internationally renowned Hungarian photographers.

Additionally, the Bank sponsored young painter Karolina Sávolt’s exhibition and immersive show titled "Earthly Wonders," showcasing the artist’s latest works.

FINANCIAL EDUCATION In collaboration with educational institutions, the Bank supports the dissemination of nancial literacy from primary schools to universities. It has established strategic partnerships with seven Hungarian universities, contributing signi cantly to enhancing nancial knowledge among university students.
