We are proud to announce the completion of the Exterior Elevated Elements Project. All necessary repairs to the balconies are complete ensuring long-term durability and, most importantly, the safety of our Owners and Guests.
Looking ahead, we’re excited about the upcoming Phase 2 Bathroom Renovations scheduled for the East Building in 2026. In this phase, the large, bulky tubs will be replaced with beautiful modern stall showers featuring a minimal step-in design and elegant sliding glass doors. These new showers will enhance the look and functionality of the bathrooms,

Several recent enhancements at Villa L’Auberge were designed with your comfort and experience in mind. Additional light posts installed along the path leading down the hill past the hotel-parking garage and below the tennis courts improve visibility and safety during evening strolls.
Inside your units, to refresh the kitchens, we replaced drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, bowls, coffee makers, baking sheets, and other essential kitchen items, updating everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Our Maintenance team focused on exterior improvements as well, actively replacing window screens and painting exterior areas including stairs, handrails, and posts to keep the property looking fresh. Trees and scrubs were trimmed around the property to ensure that every unit enjoys a spectacular ocean view from their patio.
For easier access to important information, we placed QR codes inside each unit, linking you directly to the guest directory. And don’t forget, our Front Desk team is available 24/7 — you can even text them for assistance or requests, making it easier than ever to get the help you need during your stay.
Your Homeowners Association has a limited number of weeks available for sale at discounted prices. We are running a special promotion where we have discounted the prices to only $4990 for a one-bedroom unit on weeks 1-21 and weeks 36-52 with the goal of generating more dues paying members for your HOA. If you or a friend have ever considered purchasing another week, now is the time at these prices!
We are also doing an additional promotion for a limited time where we are waiving the HOA dues for your first year's use for each VLA HOA week purchased through Legacy Sales.
The offer is also available to your family and friends. If you refer someone who purchases one of these weeks owned by the HOA thru the Legacy Resort Group during this promotion, we will give you $300 off your next year’s HOA dues at the close of escrow as a way of saying thank you.
