ANNUAL COMMUNICATION AGENDA 1. To receive the reports of the Grand Lodge Officers and Grand Lodge Committees 2. To dispose of proposals to modify the suffrage of the members of the Grand Lodge (SEC.12); recast the duties of the Committee on Grand lodge Awards (SEC.60); and permit lodges to install officers in either October, November, or December, prior to the third communication of the Grand Lodge (SEC.84) 3. To consider adoption of a proposal to regulate use of the Grand Lodge Data Base 4. To adopt the budget and elect the Grand Lodge Officers for 2006
THIRD STATED COMMUNICATION AGENDA 1. To receive the report of the Grand Master 2. To receive reports on the Grand Master’s Annual Communication Address 3. To present the Distinguished Service Medal to a deserving Mason 4. To install the Grand Lodge Officers for 2006 5. To enjoy an after-installation reception and buffet
GRAND LODGE MEMBERSHIP BANQUET The annual Grand Lodge Membership Banquet will be offered in the ballroom of the Capital Hilton Hotel, Sixteenth and K Streets, N.W. on Friday, December 9, 2005. Dinner will be served at 7:30 P.M., following a pre-dinner hospitality hour. Entertainment by the “Capitol Steps” will follow.
