Quality and food safety at the hotel is our priority and we are pleased to share that Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is ISO 22000 certified since 2013. ISO 22000 is a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) with strict requirements to certify that food is safe at the time of consumption. On top of that, we have an in-house Hygiene Manager who ensures the hotel is fully aligned with local and international hygiene standards.
