WHAT IS IT? Videoconferencing (or video conference) means to conduct a conference between two or more participants at different sites by using computer networks to transmit audio and video. The camera has a full plan of the meeting room and its participants, there is a loud speaker and central microphones, so all participants can be heard without needing individual microphones.

A webinar is an online seminar that turns a presentation into a real-time conversation from anywhere in the world. Webinars allow groups of participants to engage in online discussions or training events and share audio, documents or slides – even when they’re not in the same place as the meeting host or in the same room where the event or presentation is taking place.​​

This is the simplest solution for small groups of up to 20 with relatively straightforward requirements.

Dial in can be provided for attendees that are unable to view presentation on a computer or mobile device.

4. VIRTUAL CONFERENCE WITH GREEN ROOM

WHAT IS IT? This is suitable for physical presence delegates AND remote delegates who participate in the conference via a live feed platform. It involves complex, live agendas and are usually comprised of breakouts, sessions, keynotes and more. Some virtual conferences feature content that involves multiple sessions and may utilize tools for community engagement. Hybrid Conferences allow attendees to view real-time keynotes, interact with others in attendance, view content on-demand and build relevant agendas of their own.

A virtual conference has no physical presence attendees.

All delegates are remote. The presenters can be present in the Green room. The Green screen gives the organisers absolute flexibility to project any background, presentation, windows with other speakers, which will be viewed by the online delegates via a live feed platform.
