PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Topeka Public Schools provide teachers, administrators, paraeducators and other staff with high-quality, purposeful, research-based and ongoing job-embedded professional learning. Professional learning gives educators the opportunity to be er prepare for tech-savvy classrooms and mirrors ac ve learning methods that also benefit students. Many of the summer professional learning sessions will be accessed via a pre-recorded link. The date shown on the schedule is the day the session will be available. All pre-recorded sessions will be available un l July 24.
Some sessions will be held virtually during a live Zoom session. All sessions will be hosted on the Professional Learning website once they are concluded.
Some sessions will also offer par cipants the opportunity to earn one hour of college credit for successfully comple ng the course. Credit will be earned from Baker University and O awa University.
