REGISTRATION DESK DESIGN APPROACH 

It’s important to introduce the overall brand enhancement treatment, or “the brand mural’ we have called it, at this point. From here on the delegates will recognise it in various applications and treatments across all other structures at during the event.

The ‘spiro’ details, applied to Perspex, are clearly visible and in this case we suggest applying relevant information to them: we have shown an overall presentation schedule; additionally a venue plan could be required for the larger venues; and a floor plan for the exhibition at the Annual Meeting could be helpful.

The images set the tone for the conversations and dialogue that will characterise the event itself.

A large ‘spiro’ feature spans the front of the desk. This will be formed from frosted, unbreakable, Polycarbonate* with the line work printed directly onto it. *David Blaine’s box made from same material!

FUNCTIONALITY 

We understand the pressure on registration staff to process delegates swiftly and have taken this into account.

The desk is long enough for up to 6 staff to work together.

Alphabetical signs help delegates to join the right queue.

The desktop is large enough to hold 800 badges either in trays or loose.

Beneath the desk (not shown) there is storage space and shelves.

And finally, a clock on the back wall helps keep everyone on time!

MULTI USE & MULTI PURPOSE 

Both desk and back wall are modular in construction.
